^^^i know the rates bro but as we all will be in a group how wil we pay??hope you got my question?

i will giv you a example --

suppose you and your 4 frnds (total 5 members)go to a restaurant and while paying the bill sometimes you alone pay and somtime the bill is shared by all i.e (total amount/5).And some times each person pay for what they have ordered..

hope you got ..or else i will call you & explain

2 km from Chandipur, Balaramagadi where the river Budhabalanga meets the sea, is a nice picnic spot and ideal for fishing and cruising. The fishing boats also provide an interesting sight. For more information..

U dnt have to call or explain Raman, Its a G2G, I have the same question as U hav, so I have posted the chart here, to take the decision, coz it will be taken anonymously, and I am sure senior members will guide us..

I called up the BBSR OTDC office but they are not able to provide information about chandipur. I called up the chandipur guys but they are not picking up. Suggestions?

I think both the sides group's would be divided into a group of 5 members who would be independent when it comes to paying for stuffs etc. That way it would save us many a hustle.

humm ya bhai the idea is good but make sure that when you are making groups just try to manage VEG a side n NON veg a side it will be better for people ......

i don't think this is a good idea of dividing into 5 and paying for the stuffs.

Its better to pay the senior members the accommodation fees...........
And for food stuffs its better paying by self(depending upon the choice of the individuals)

Why we are getting stuck in "who would pay" question?
Don't worry bro, we all(both from KOL &BBSR) are matured enough and know our responsibility - atleast we should be.
So, don't bother regarding that issue, the payment can be made collectively or individually - depending upon the situation. But ultimately, everybody has to pay of their own.

so that FINAL PROBABLE LIST CAN BE PREPARED AND ROOMS CAN BE BOOKED..NO. OF ROOMS AVAILABLE ARE NOT MORE SO WE NEED TO DO THAT ASAP..

PLEASE NOTE EACH AND EVERY ONE PARTICIPATING IN THE XBHP G2G NEED TO THE MEMBER OF XBHP..
