Chandipur would be a fine place for the G2G.
I think July 18th and 19th would be the fine dates for the G2G.
Gotta discuss this as platform for the G2G with Kolkata members.

the starter of this thread......that is Onwheels needs to create the Poll for the dates,that way it would be decided more fruitfully.
Dates for Polls would be:
When should be the Kolkata-BBSR Grand Interstate G2G be held ???
17th-18th of July 2010
or
24th-25th of July 2010
or
31st of July and 1st of August 2010
The Poll results would be displayed right on top of this thread everytime,Kolkata and BBSR will get to vote for the dates over there only.
This method would be more clinical and hassle free otherwise it would be a haywire collection job
