Hi bbsr/orissa xbhpians this is sunny from kolkata ( not head sunny )

actually I was thinking of one other plan apart from plan A or plan Bas suggested by chicane1879

as the rainy season just started so travelling so long distance (kol - bbsr)would be hard for both kolkata xbhpians or vice versa and I think the rain will go may be at the end of august or may continue, so we can do one thing that as raman sriharsha suggested about the place of meet and given the link :- OTDC, we can have the G2G at that place and visit the nearest spots ,in this way we will have a ride together also and after that we can do two things one is to return back and another one is to stay that night at that place , enjoy the night with our fellow xbhpians (kol -bbsr/ori) brothers and next morning return to our places.

I do agree with the fact that if we go ahead with this plan we won't visiting either bbsr or kol but as few bbsr xbhpians are having problem to cover so much kms so I think it will be feasible for every body including kol - bbsr xbhpians and after the rainy season is off we can resume the trip as suggested by our kol xbhp bro.. so kol - bbsr/orissa bro.. what you guys think about this plan, will be waiting for suggestions

I will keep silent at this moment...........newer and more exciting plans are upcoming.I am open to all those plans.Let all the Xbhpians from Kolkata and Bhubaneshwar drop in their time and place of convenience,then the trip can be arranged on that.

So,far Plan A by Chicane1879 look fabulous..............though the most needed change would be,we wont return the same day in hurry,we will stay out a night and start the next morning in cool.

Next we will come out in the 1st week of August.As,of now,July.........we want to spare,it would give ample time for all the members to get up and assemble themselves,as well as the rains would have their first blasts,which means all dusts would have washed off by the road,which translates into lesser mud formation and less slippery conditions on road.Sometimes riding in rains is also very cool and interesting,if its safe

Plan B seems as of now depends on everyone's convenience and time schedules.This Plan like my earlier tentative needs a lot of involvement.

Plan A can be done in the month of July, itself.

And about staying overnight would depend on the rider's commitments. Those who are ok with it can continue.

I can't do a overnight stay, as for now.Will leave before sunset.

we have to also check with the safety ..Returning same day night is not good,because one of my relative told sometimes in that route many cases of "loot" snaching bikes etc hapen at night..and few months back one of my friend's friend was returning from klkatta after buying a new p220 and while returning at night some guyz in splendor tried to stop him but he dint and escaped..
Altough i dont have much idea about this route but we have to keep all things in mind.

we can have the g2g in july itself ..what say

Hiii Guys...i guess riding back in the night could be risky especially if it rains that day..and also BBSR xbhpians face the risk of loot..

infact if time and situation permits i would love to go by chicane's planB...

Good initiative. Nice to see so many active members from Kolkata.

This mainly happen near W.B - Orissa border. We crossed the whole area at over 100kmph when we had a Orissa trip. It was really scary. Anyway, all the best for the trip.
