Guys, it is not possible to create the "poll", but we are certainly have options:
Regarding the dates,
A:17th & 18th of July
B:24th & 25th of July
C:31st & 1st of August.
@ All: come up with the options.
VENUE:I think the Chandipore would be a good option for the meet.

Everybody please decide till 13th July, as I have to inform the same to Sunny, the CEO and he is having some good plan to promote our two state G2G.
So, Guys, please come up with your choice.

My opinion: ditch Chandipur for the destination. Every Tom-Dick-Harry and their cousin Vinny has been to the place. Its like staying in Orissa/Bengal/Jharkhand and going to Puri for a vacation/honeymoon.

I would suggest try some camping/forest resort, both are great places which you can enjoy in a large group. For the latter, you will need to dump bikes outside the forest park or stay in the outskirts of the forest. Check my Orissa 1302 triplog for nice places to visit for a G2G.

I havent been to Chandipur, ever!!

Well i do agree that camping at some forest resort would be a good idea.Especially Satkosia and the likes, but then it requires massive preparation and coordination so we should consider something more subtle like a visit to Chandipur as that would make us able to study the dynamics of both the groups and reserve a 'big' event sometime later.
