Don't worry bro, we all(both from KOL &BBSR) are matured enough and know our responsibility - atleast we should be.
So, don't bother regarding that issue, the payment can be made collectively or individually - depending upon the situation. But ultimately, everybody has to pay of their own.

But one thing,On wheels........what budget should each member reserve for this trip,excluding fuel bills ????
I think it depends a lot on the fact that where and what we are booking for the accommodations.I think the fooding per member would hardly exceed Rs.200 per head at its best.And about the lodging ?????

Lets declare the G2G budget per member too.......it would be helpful for all of us,regardless of who pays what.

Apart from fuel the per head cost will be <500, which is exclusive of someones personal expenditures, we will be 5-6 members from our side, i think we will be 20 odd from bbsr, all my friends are opting for a night stay as it will give us enough time to make it a proper get together

, share our exp and tales.

Also we will have a special person with us(hopefully), some one who has done a fair portion of Orissa and Vizag and Sikkim all in a Platina, who for me is a live example of OF sirs signature "Never let your motorcycle cross your motorcycling. Also eager to meet such people from BBSR and Kolkata

Hello Friends

hello friends,

Calcutta brothers thanks for finalising the dates. we Orissa members are very interested in this tour and hope every ones broad minded regarding the expenses or the payments that needs to be done.

As our fellow brother suggested the group be divided into 5 each, would not be such a good idea but we can split the group into 2 groups i.e Veg and Non-Veg.

we can share the total bill of each group equaually with in the group members ie the non veg group or the Veg group.

and as for the accomodation will be shared by the number of members statying in their rooms, suppose a dormatory costs 1000/- and there are 10 members in one dormatry 1000/10=100/- we can share this way if any one wants to go in for a aseperate room they can pay their room cost or can share with the person joining them.

its quite simple, lets just focus on the event and enjoy the drive and make this event a grand sucess and let our friendship live long.........

hey RAjit No need to worry about fooding stuffs.We all going for a one day ride.so maximum we will be having (lunch+dinner) together.the mode of payment is paying by self.lets not indulge with this issue .lets plan out all the events and make it very successful .i would request senior members to come out with the plans and rules and regulations of the G2G meet

I was also having the same suggestion in my mind so I think regarding expense issue this idea is good and will work and regarding meal we can make two menu, one is veg and non veg and apart from the menu if anyone wants to have any thing else then he pays for that separately and even I have one more idea we can make a fund like there will two senior member ,one from BBSR group and another from KOL group,we all contribute firstly maybe 200/ and whatever the expense ,will be spend from that fund (including fooding & lodging)

and suppose if the amount becomes less then again we can contribute some amount of money in it and suppose if any amount of money is left at the time of leaving then the amount would be divided equally among everybody

The collected money from every one will be handed over to senior member and they will take of the money and all expenses and menu,of course taking suggestion from every one

now we all kol & bbsr x members have to decide who will be the person taking care of the money, from kol I vote for bappa da aka onwheels , really responsible person

> Lets find one Member from each City good with financial aspects and start him paying a Token Advance of 100 so that he can book the Lodging ASAP.

As per Food expenses are Concerned,
