Problem

friends i just had a talk with the Manager of Panthnivas, Chandipur. he says he can give us accommodation for 24th only and from 25th till 28th all their rooms are booked for goverment. and one more thing we can book the rooms from BBSR Panthnivas office. guys plz be fast about how many are coming think today is the dead line

Guys we are in trouble, I was in chat with Ramana- BBSR he has spoken to manager of Panth Nivas, these are the out comes.
1. They have only one dorm can accommodate only 12 raiders charges
1200Rs/day
2. They have only 4 bedrooms.
3. On 25th all their rooms are booked by some school.

we will be in deep trouble if we don't react right now...
Even i tried to speak to the manager of path nivas he was not confident enough to provide me proper info He asked me to call after 30 min.

Just a example I'm are giving of how we do the Pune Mumbai Massive G2G's with more than 50+ bikes and bikers.

1) Checking for all the original papers - PUC,RC,DL,NoC,Valid insurance... before we leave.These are checked by the volunteer members before the start of the ride. you miss them and you go back!!! No leniency.

2) Everyone must be with HELMET, a jacket, gloves and shoes. SHOES are must.If someone doesnot has a riding jacket,we advice him to wear any full sleeves jacket.But it is a must.No half of cut gloves. If there is a pillion, SHOES,HELMET and a JACKET is a must.

3) One of us volunteers to Lead and one volunteers to tail.All members must ride within this Lead and Tail. Headlights are switched ON dilligently by all bikers so that we can identify our group members on the road.Each member ahead will keep an eye on his following bike in the RVM.If the follower biker is facing any problem he shall flick his light HI/LOW to attract the attention of the leading biker ahead of him.The leading biker needs to keep an eye on RVM regularly.

4) We tend to be disciplined on the road and maintain one speed comfortable with all the riders and they machines. No body overtakes anybody.

5) We make sure nobody,i mean NOBODY is trying a STUNT! Absolutely no STUNTing is allowed.

6) We carry a sheet where we write down everyones name,blood group, ICE (In case of Emergency) number and each one keeps a xerox copy with himself.May come handy any time.

7)Eachone of us represents XBHP and above that a person.So we make sure that our acts and behaviors donot cause any body else any discretion.

if the rooms are out at chandipur we can try satying at Balasore the next day but there wont be any sea view.

i will try getting in touch with the Balasore Panthnivas also.

Take it cool man. If the rooms are not available at all then what to do next? Cancel the trip? Oh noooooo!!!
Don't worry, I think we just need a shade(being a rainy season) to rest ourselves and for our bikes.

We can book the rest of the rooms on urgent basis and look for other nearby hotels for rest of us. We need to talk to the Panthanivas manager for parking of all the bikes as I have hard that other hotels do not have proper parking. OR, we can spend the night on the beach besides our machines!!!!!

Rajit, it would be a good idea to stay together. Its a matter of one night only. Stay with us, you would just love the company of Kolkata xBhpians.

Why are we sticking only to Panthanivas. There are many hotels nearby and i am sure we can rooms in any of them. Just for sleeping we need a room, that's it.As the rest of the time we will be enjoying the beach and the group.
