1st August 2010- Mumbai/Pune Friendship Day G2G + xBhp 7th Anniversary celebration

    @anant - Carrying the cake from Nashik will be a much better option than either Mumbai or Pune unless some guy is coming in a car. As of now what I have decided is that if the cake cannot be arranged then I will go to Nashik on 1st morning and bring the cake.

    Number of xBhpians coming for the meet is still not clear as I've no idea as to how many guys are coming from Mumbai side. I guess the number will be around 40.

    What time you are starting from Nashik? What I can do is when the Mumbai guys will start I will get an idea about the number of people who will be coming over from the meet and will call you. And I guess you can make Bhandardara by say 11-11.30.Does this sound ok?


    @Rockrz - Please coordinate with Inder and finalise on the time.

      @MG: I think 5am gathering at Nasik Phata should be fine. Considering the amount of distance we have to travel. But, then we have to be very sure that the mumbai ppl too start at that time too. Coz if the time difference is there then there's no point in reaching there early and waiting for them.

        If you reach early then in a way its better because you get that much extra time to explore the place and get some nice poser shots. Its not like waiting someone in MCD. And anyways we (the baba gang) will already be there to welcome you guys.

          @Everyone: Last meeting time & place is decided at 5am at Nashik Phata. We are gonna wait there for max 15-20 mins, and then proceed forward. Also, request to all pls. tank up the night before so as to avoid early-morning-petrol-hunting scenario

                      There are enough good riders in Mumbai who can lead...
                      As far as cake is concerned it should be good for 39x1 serving and 1x5 servings

                          I have reached bhandardara at sunrise in the past.. that is a non issue. the issue is that cake shops wont open before 10ish. and I will have to place a prior order for a 5-6 pound cake as thats not a very common size. so the ordering bit can't wait 'till mumbai people leave'.
