please gimme some inputs,
thanks guys
You may do so at your own risk. A miscalculated designed exhaust may end up doing more harm to your engine then doing any good. You may end up losing power instead of gaining one. Plus a replacement stock exhaust (incase you ever need one) will cost you around 8k+. So rather leave this to the experts then ruining a perfectly stock bike and gather up the cash for the same. You can also pm iceman331 and figure out the exhaust designed by his friend.

Cheers

to answer your questions...

1. yes, the chances of damage to engine are 50:50.

the pipes can be welded back using TIG welding...

people do it on superbikes to save the cash and to get the grunt and the sound.

rossiter has also done it on his R1.... u can get a more idea if you talk to him....

you should take this chance only if you have the cash for going for an aftermarket exhaust or a stock exhaust if things dont go as planned...

Odo reads 12300 in 7 months. 520 since last service and oild change (which was done 5 days ago)...
I checked another 18 months old Fazer, 9300km on the odo it was butter smooth... The SVC guys adviced me to get back to SS or Mineral... Lets see how I feel. Valve clearance settings were fixed 15 days ago, must be 1500 km..

Turn to RES only when it starts coughing, else it will stall only after the 1+ liter in RES is over. Then you have to push it all the way to pump and also have to fill up the reserve. Don't mind it blinking

Default Engine Oil

OK here is the dissection after the repair.
Got back my bike, its super smooth, small vibes but that is the chain.
My bike did not digest Motul 15w50 FS. 500 km's and it was down and out. NO idea why this happened though Back to Yamalube SS

There can b only 3 possibilities:

1) Motul fake one was used to fill your bike up.
2) The mechanic/svc didn't fill the right amount.
3) The piston rings may have worn out.

500 kms is just too low for any grade engine oil to get depleted. One ideally should do a periodic check of oil level at around 3000kms for FS oil.

Cheers

I have tested that with Stock exhaust & Tech Hardy FFE,
found no hit on engine till 1200 km & still going on
Sound goes high but engine becomes relaxed at top end.

Looks awesome

You can get Those from AH helmets near Infinity Mall, besides lotus petrol pump, Adarsh Nagar,Andheri West, mumbai

The HID with Projectors and Angel lights [China] will cost you Rs3500.
If you only want Angel lights it will cost you Rs.450

ask him for the mechanic Brijesh who will help you fir those in the headilght because its very difficult to open the front glass of the Headlight.

****but you have to use the HID's only when necessary bcoz it will drain out your battery !!

dear friend, where can i get this same hid with projector and angel eye over it in thane or near by andheri, and are this chinese or same branded???
