Even I want to understand is it possible to get rear disc brakes on FZ16.Also if it is, what could be the cost.

Has anyone used K&N filters on FZ ... any improvement?

I have seen pics of FZ's with rear disc brakes ... but dunno where it's done ,

about K&N , haven't tried , but from what i've read here on the forum , it's not of much help , unless you plan on up-jettin the carb and get a free-flow exhaust , and after all this too , the output is not worth the work .

Hey guys i found useful stuff for upgrading FZ. This i got from "Chinmay Dangre". He is a good performance tech. He told me the things you need to upgrade as follows:

1.Plug = 550Rs. (NGK Iridium)
2. K&N filter(RC1060) = 1790/-
3. Cable = 300/- (Chinese but better than Indian stuff)
4. Crank breathing filter = 70/-
5. PAV filter = 70/-
6. Jet = 200/- (The jet size u will have to tell me, since I have not w orked on FZ for jetting so I can't recommend u proper number)
7. Courier = app. 300Rs. (depends on weight and volume)
8. Sprocket for stunting = app. 1500 to 2000Rs.
9 Front disc brake hose (high performance) Teflon based steel braided pipe. = 1000Rs. app.
10. ABS for front disc = 1250/-

I wanted to really do this but right now i cant spend that much money. If anybody intersted can try these parts.

I have put NGK Iridium Plug today. The pickup as increased, still dont know about topend & milege & also i have Philips Diamond Vision 5000k 60/55W bulb which has really good vision. MAN AFTER SPENDING 75000K for the bike, still cant take enough out of this.
