The engines over heating probably coz the Oils life is over.

and DONT USE W50 OILS!!!!
SVC has only W50's and dont use them....never change the W40 value!!
eg.you can use 5W40,10W40,15W40,20W40...but nothing tht ends with W50!!!

well it should be pretty easy if your heating in an Oven or using a heat gun.
im using a steamer! so its pretty hard..but in P220,the glue is easily visible hence easier.

after removing the dome by heating do we need a sealant or glue to put it back in place or just heating again will do?

i think silicone sealant would do a good job.. but the experienced ones on this could give more info.

I know it is not the recommended grade. Any bad experiences with W50?

Heating it back will be enough.Just make sure tht you dont take the adhesive out while removing the reflector!
and before mounting and riding, jst make sure it doesn't fall off! :P

i have only tried it once,no bad experiences but what i understand is tht in the long run it can harm the engine.
