Looks in perfect shape. Light-Brown shade on the ceramic is perfect. White is lean. Blackish is Rich.

Makes me think why we dont get the option of 300v10w40 at the service centers itself (I think yamalube is motul only)??
W50's are not recommended by YAMAHA and i have no idea why YAMALUBES don't come in W40 semi-synthetic.
MOTUL manufactures the grade specifies by YAMAHA.

Went to another pump in a remote area. Filled it for Rs.50.22 ie. 1 litre exactly and by reserve to reserve method calculated the mileage to be about a whopping 54kmpl.

I have an idea for petrol pumps. Try to fill in at a trusted nearby pump as possible. Also at the pumps where there are preset buttons in the pump for Rs50, 100 etc.. you can find that the fuel comes through the hose very quickly. Such pumps will offer LESS fuel than for the required rate. AVoid such pumps.
Go to pumps at remote places and slower the rate of fuel flow from nozzle to tank, more will be the fuel.
Dude you are getting a terrific mileage? what you have got done in your bike?? your bike suffers from all the performance or what?
