I was planning a trip to Leh from Mumbai in August (as mentioned earlier). The timeline I am looking at is 1st August to 23rd August. I am planning of riding all the way till Leh and then on the way back, I want to put the bike in Transport from Delhi and fly back to Bombay. I just wanted to know if this is do-able or too tight a schedule.
I was looking to spend sometime in Rajasthan along the way. What I am targeting is to reach Delhi by 10th of August and then continue to Leh from there. Just wanted your inputs on whether this is too tight. Also wanted to know if its possible to transport bike back from Leh itself rather than riding back to Delhi and then sending it. I mean I would do it only if it is safe to do so, I dont want any damages happening to the bike. |

Avenger is a good bike but I doubt if I would ever be glad to take it to Leh, extremely bad turning radius, though it is comparatively comfortable in respect to other bikes that we have on the road but for Leh...... eh...I doubt.
But it again is my personal opinion. Cheers.
