@Praful: I did not know that the ZMA's and the R15's ground clearance is the same - 160mm.

@Biker_Boy: Fairing nuts getting loose ain't a problem at all man. In those kind of terrain, it is NOTHING. Kudos to you for taking the R15 to Leh. Now, bring on the text and the pictures. Quick!

Buddy Boy .. a great job done is a good priase earned. I think u did marvelous in doing leh on r15 and now enjoy its the time to savour praises coming from all corners... congrats on doing leh on ur mini R ...

BTW Santoosh was right, the official Yamaha did some extreme tests for the r15, and leh was one of em

Waiting for the pics and log. Did you manage the trip with stock tyres or did you put any aftermarket tyres?

front was the stock one and the rear one was a CEAT one

i knew that , i wanted to change to that from the day i bought my r15.
had it on my pulsie and i loved it. my next tyre change is gonna be 120/80-17 vertigo for sure.
