No need for engine flush. Your bike is still new so you can directly change to semi-synthetic. It will be fine from mineral to semi.

in between you can check these semi-synthetic oils options:
Motul 5100,
Gulf pride 4T
Volvoline Premium 4T
Even there is one Petronas which is synthetic at the price of semi. You can check that also.
Then there is also Veedol (i doubt it is called Veedol Swift) it is also semi-synthetic.

Well, there was a oil leak from the head long time ago just after 5000kms of use. But PBK used sealant and packed the head in a very precise manner, so no issues with it till now.
but yea 300V and 5100 both may cause leak. but on the other hand your getting a much better oil. Using MAK, valvoline the smoothness will fade away in 1500kms.

I find find it better than 300V i.e. if you look at the price and the kms covered.
yea, 5100 is for rs.395/- and 300V is for 650/-(old one) and 795/-(new packing)

My bike is P200 which needs W50 grade.
Having no other option as of now, yesterday again bought motul5100 and will be going for oil change soon.

I was using the Castrol power 1 racing all this while ( almost 8k kms).. I switched to motul 5100 this weekend. Not really happy( compared to the fully synth). DO u think it will improve? I got it for 375/- from the Motul dealer in Bangalore.
I thought only the 300v had gasket leaks.. Now even 5100? shucks man. The reason why I went in for Semi-synth was to save my head from leaking and I just realsie that the oil I am running on now is also prone to it.
BTW: my Gasket was changed 2 months back by the Castrol Bike Zone guys because it had become hard like a stone.

well If your shifting from a synthetic oil to a semi synthetic one, you will definitely feel the lack about something, but yea its a good oil...just use it for some more kms, may be you get used to it.
and about the leak, my friend used 300V and at present using 5100, he never ever had any leaks...so there are chances with this oil but the probability is not that high...so better do not regret with this oil...take my words its nice..but don't compare with the synthetic one..

So you dint face any leak issues with power one racing?? also the grade is W40...did it worked well with your bike? waise which bike you own?

^^^ I dint face any leaking Issues with the power1 racing bro.
I was running the wrong oil for all those 8k km. I ride a P180UG3. I am supposed to use 20W50 but i was using 10W40. How stupid of me.
But trust me the engine had accepted it well and it was super smooth. wonderful gear shits, great response. Superb revving.
I actually used power1 Racing because I read a testimonial on the Castrol site form someone who was using power1 racing on their 180.
My bad.
