If you dont mind I would like to suggest 2 bikes which are not in your list,

1. Honda Unicorn - What a gem, you can cruise all day long @ 80, 85kmph it has utter butter smooth engine wonderful bike IMHO for the highway..

2. Suzuki GS150r - read the same as above.. the Icing on the cake is you have the 6th Cog & so you get little more mileage & bike runs little more refined, this also comes with best looking DIgi console in the 150CC segment

If 150cc is not that you like.. then their is only one bike from your list which can fulfill your needs P220 it is .. Just go for it..

Get the R15 mate. No second thoughts about it, you will simply love it. It is fun to rip it along the highways and also it gives a decent mileage around 45+ on highways, which is better than 220. But one thing though - it is not as comfortable as the 220.

Thanks for the suggestions, But i did not include any other 150(apart from R15), coz after riding one for 4 years, i would want to upgrade to a more powerful bike.

I would suggest a p220 if u are a high speed commuter. The damn thing goes over 145 kmph,
The R15 if u love to corner a lot.
Since its highway commuting no to RTR.
Frankly speaking zmr cant cruise at higher speeds. So its of no use if u are a high speed commuter. Since it doesnt appeal to u no use of thinking about it.

So my suggestion is to think between the p220 or the r15.

Not to confuse you here, would also like to advise for P180 UG4, this may solve all your confusion
1) P220-- Have many issue
2) R15 costly spares.
IMO P180 has all things which you want, crusing ability for short or long distance, clip on handle bar, more mileage (than p220 and r15) , puncture resistance tyres, split sporty seats etc.. you may have a look, after all you have to listen your heart, I know its really very tough/confusion with same to choosing a girl friend & a new bike... TD & listen your heart & go for it.. dont worry..

P220 would be a more practical choice between the two. However R15 is cooler . Was I in your shoes, I would be going for R15.

I disagree. If ZMR can do one thing well, it would be high speed cruising.

+1 to that. R15 does about 130kmph true. P220 carb does about 132.5kmph true, but both show much more on the speedos due to speedo error. ZMR's speedo was almost accurate as tested by Bunny of Bike India-it was showing about 126kmph when the true speed was 125 kmph. With a top whack of 126-127kmph it is marginally slower than the other 2, but the full fairing&added bodyweight would give it great stability at that speed. Not to forget the touring oriented riding position.
My pick for him would be the ZMR.
