You must be the same psynide from BZ I'm guessing. Beautiful ride (the RM7). Dude, you should post some detailed reports on your freeride experiences on it. Would love to read them.

              Cheers,

                  • first MTB in my garage

hi all. need advice on which MTB to go for. purpose is to ride in a mountain group ride in sikkim in october 2011 a two weeks thing over some good trails there. and next year april for the next major event lhasa to kathmandu a 26 days ordeal!
have given it some thought n decided to go for either trek or canondale. saw someone mention canondale T 9 if im not mistaken...
so just this much : which trek/ c'dale to go for?n is canondale somewhere avialable in bangalore/ hyderabad/ pune?
uh im not a very mechanically gifted mind...so wont understand the jargon at least yet!!

                      I will suggest canondale f9 if u r ready to spend 16K
                      hi rajiv
                      sorry for butting in
u seem to be the right person to ask : where in bangalore do i get to see n buy a canondale F 9 and merida? i m trying to make up my mind on one of them n any other good option from trek.

                      • Anyone here have firefox Kompac ? need advice since I am inclined to get one.
Wont be using it for long rides but short sprints.
A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.

Why dont you try Target Dual Discs?
The Kompac one would be bit delicate since its a folding bike. You dont want to take chances when your cycling downhill and alll

I suggest try for Target or Rockrider from Btwin...

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

But my whole point is to get a fordable bike and I could see firefox kompac serves the purpose.

is there any specific purpose for having a foldable bike???
I mean the only purpose of a foldable bike is to give more storage space...
Their links are not at all great when it comes to cycling on daily basis...

storage space is the exact reason. I would want to keep it inside my car/rick and it saves space in my apartment too since I dont want to park it in the parking area. So just wanted to know if its durable if in case someone used it earlier. I have the same doubt aswell!
