We want Kawasaki ZX10R to launch India. This bike will ace BMW with much lesser price and similar or somewhat better sort of gagetry. Any idea / news about it?

Yamaha and Honda are way to behind to compete S1000RR.

Apart from the pricing the S1000RR is on top.and the Beamer carries equal or better gadgetry than the ZX.But considering a difference of close to 10lackhs,yeah ZX is the winner.

I dont know if its just me but the ZX is much more better looking and beasty than the Beamer.

Far from it Real Deal 2011 Kawasaki ZX10 vs 2010 BMW S1000RR Top Speed Test. - YouTube

          Speed test: S1000RR v RSV4 v Hayabusa v ZZ-R1400 - YouTube

I love all liters and RSV-4 Factory and the S1000RR are currently on top of almost every chart and you would be surprised to know that the CBR-1000RR has been given higher/equal ranking than a 10R and this 10R looks weird.

Two days of riding it, I found it quite comfortable to ride. As comfortable as my old R1. The new R1 is more aggressive. The new Blade is very comfortable and ergonomic too. But I would place the S1000RR a few notches above the Blade which is the next best bet compared with the japs. However, the 1198 comes close to the Beamer in ergonomics.

The video in Sheel's post clarifies the point. ZX is still lagging!

It is not 10Lacs! It is just US$ 1800!

I cannot say that the I like the headlights of the R1, the swingarm of the Ducati, the engine of the BMW, the chassis of the R6 and the tank of the Honda! The BMW is the most complete and easiest to ride Sbk so far. When they first launched end 2009, they changed Sbk manufacturing forever. If they have been winning BOTY awards for 2 years in a row, there must be a good reason for it.

That said, let me tell you one more thing. You have the choice of riding the S1000RR by turning off all the electronics. I rode the bike by turning off Traction control and wheelie control. Believe me, it remains undoubtedly the best handler in Sbks that I have ridden till date. You are talking about my R1? Nothing even comes close to this lovely machine! My R1 feels like it was made in the stone age!!!
              Double like! :P lolz..
Been obsessed with momentum ever since i was born, but 0 - 200kmph took 30yrs! This will do for now!

This is a wonderful motorcycle, and I was lucky to get my hands on it. I have never wanted anything more than I want this! Hopefully, I will get it one day. As of now, I am happy with my Bullet Lightning 535!
