Excellent, Ken sir. Superbly written, but I wonder what's the use of the odd looking headlight?

Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

THE END

The use of the "odd looking" head lamp is two folds :

1) The obvious lumniation
2) As a matter of fact, the high bean does not need a large reflector casing as the low beam. So, by making the high beam reflector casing smaller then the low beam reflector casing, there's a weight reduction achieved. I won't say there's a significant weight reduction that's achieved here, but at this genre, every ounce matters

Seems like need to start doing some serious saving....But where can one ride such a bike in India. Moreover I doubt 97 Octane is available everywhere in India . I also wonder if BMW anytime anywhere technical support is available in India.
But I must say, she is a real doozy
Cheerio!

hehehe it's like thinking of marrying Katrina after watching her in Dhoom 3 without knowing what you are getting into!!

Jokes apart - The S1000RR is a very serious motorcycle and demands a lot of respect and maturity, but having that, if you can handle the speed and the dynamics of the S1000RR, and have the kind of moolaah this motorcycle commands, a properly setup BMW S1000RR, can easily be the most safest SBK to start the learning curve with.

@csajal xBhp has taught me how to be a responsible rider and I am 24 years old plus mature enough to handle the power and respect it commands. BTW I am not a fan of katrina at all. I fell in love with the S1000RR when I watched Abhishek and Uday chasing 2 Aamir Khans on BMW K1300R bikes , me being a middle class man has to take a loan from the bank for buying this sexy beast; in Canada this beast costs CAD $17,650.00 + taxes so a rough estimation is around 23 Lakhs INR approx.

PS: You have a great sense of humour @csajal .

Good that you can even think (and in all honesty, you would get one also) about buying the S1000RR in Canada (though I would suggest that you stretch a bit more and get the HP4 for your self... worth every single dime spent on it and every single second you wait for it). Over here, I cannot even think about buying such things for let's a zillion year!!

csajal buying a bike here is an expensive affair and the drivers dont value your life here. I would definitely get one in India itself because the bank here in canada are like loan sharks who keeps adding interest rates. I would prefer taking a loan from a public bank in india and enjoy my bike riding experiences along with xBhp and motherland that is waiting for me every day. Buying an SBK in India is affordable for me

PS: I don't have the money to buy an SBK in canada
