It may make more sense for you not for all. I would prefer P200NS even if the difference is 20K. I have my reasons for it. With Bajaj you get huge country-wide network, good ASS, maintenance would be much reasonable compare to D200. Also I dont see much benefit... just slight more power, lighter body and hassle-free cold starts. But you also get much better street-fighter looks and better FE (as every auto-expert says).
