thats wrong...all vehicles once they are out of the production line has to go through a certain number of quality and function tests ..to complete these tests all the vehicles will have a round inside the plant itself.
but that will be hardly 2 kms.

i never claimed rather posted.i made it clear that i have read those somewhere.

    point agreed.

Care to explain, how is the picture posted "irrelevant"? If you can tell the odo reading of a bike by looking at the tyre, why not with it too?
just like i know physics but i am no expert-physicists,samething about tires.the method i mentioned ,i learned it from tire and wheel alignment shop, they are expert for sure.pics are irrevelent to the pulsar topic,we are not playing guess-the-age-of-tire game.is there any prize,if i get it right?

p.s.topic closed from my side,i don't wanna get infractions for ot.

about your irrelevent pics,i can assume the odo readings provided the tires are stock.

Yes it was MH14, which actually triggered the confusion of why would a P135 come here?

The road presence was non existent, I was drawn to it due to the Number plate and "luggage" neatly strapped on to it. It had a big fat (or rather bigger fatter) rider on it wearing a Black LS2 helmet and Axo boots. So it just looked like a P135... Looks like someone else also saw the same chap in Mumbai (Karthik @FB )

Hence, the testing for FE now, seems incorrect.

How will you know if this is the only tyre being used on the bike? What if a few sets of tyres have been used up already?
Now that you seem to possess the skill to tell odo reading based on tyre condition, can you please help me find out the odo reading of the bike with the following tyre, based on its condition? Thanks.

The bike was strapped with luggage and all! That is SOME testing I say. I remember Yamaha taking a team to Leh during the R15 tests! Pretty swell if you ask me!
