Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Ridden and Reviewed

Hmmm... styling is overdone no doubt about that ... it's more than what my appetite could handle for sure. And then the smartest tag line in the world "Leave track racing for amateurs".. Great job Bajaj.. you are indeed a proper desi company!!

The front end of the RS200 looks suspiciously similar to the energica ego front, especially the headlights.

Thanks for the review but waiting for this, also could you please mention a bit about the exhaust note?
The bike personally to me looks really nice and meaty compared to its competitors.

Indeed... tail is something new and looks good but the fairing and side panels handle bars look like a hack job !
Like someone came up with design in last minute ..
I dont think same designer who designed ns was there .. As far as i know they got ns designed from a well known designer who worked with bmw .. I maybe wrong as this what i read on net ..
Tagline is given by some kid i guess

Cost of ABS in Shreeram Bajaj Thane is 1.54 lakhs on road .

I cannot find any dealers in Navi Mumbai expect Raigad Bajaj ( Panvel ) . When can we expect black colour to be available ???

I booked the the bike on the day of the launch itself and my delivery is scheduled in the next week. I booked it at Sai Service Bajaj (Borivali) and was quoted an on road price of 1.53 on road. However when I enquired at other Bajaj Showroom I was given a quote of 1.51. Of course the sales guy at Sai Service explained to me that this difference was mainly due to difference in the Insurance Policy chosen by different dealers. And please stay away from people who try to get more money out of you by giving long waiting periods (However a waiting period of 2-3 weeks is fair enough, even here it is the same)

The extra 1ps helps it in reaching the indicated top speed of 151-152kph. One can reach that speed quite often whereas in NS I have never seen anything upwards of 145

Just to add even though its a single channel the sensor in rear wheel also plays a part. The sensor calculates the wheel speed and decides how braking force is required at front

Awesome review🙌....except for overly done fairing everything else is perfect sans the weirdly placed clipons ..the tank pads are awesome, rear quarter reminds me of ninja 300..anyday an awesome package for the price..and I guess 400rs will be priced near rc200 which will create biggest dilemma in everyone's mind..
