Waited for SS 200 very long time and that went in Vain, thus ended up in 200 NS.

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Ridden and Reviewed
HiOriginally posted by SmitJobs View PostI booked the the bike on the day of the launch itself and my delivery is scheduled in the next week. I booked it at Sai Service Bajaj (Borivali) and was quoted an on road price of 1.53 on road. However when I enquired at other Bajaj Showroom I was given a quote of 1.51. Of course the sales guy at Sai Service explained to me that this difference was mainly due to difference in the Insurance Policy chosen by different dealers. And please stay away from people who try to get more money out of you by giving long waiting periods (However a waiting period of 2-3 weeks is fair enough, even here it is the same)
I booked RS200 ABS on 24th april from Sai Service Andheri east and according to them waiting period will be 2 months. they says that around 40 RS200 were booked on its First day. Till now i have seen only 2 RS200 on Road. My Friend purchased Non Abs RS200 and he got the bike within three weeks on TC number.
I hope i'll get mine soon.

I think this is really sad considering its not even a week. I would have asked to replace the bike.

Coollant would've entered engine as well, there's chance that damage is already done.Originally posted by shirishjadaun View PostHi RS200 owners...my friend got one last week and when we took it for servicing. .I was told there is some sort of leakage and the coolant is mixed up with engine oil so there is no coolant remaining...They told me to leave the bike for a week and they will sort out this by opening the head...I really don't knw what it is and m really worried if something bad happens with the engine...plz suggest me guys about this

Because they are ridiculously priced.
I don't think you can get branded exhausts for the RS 200 but I love the Leo Vince on the Dukes!Subscribe to Me on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/bluerage...confirmation=1

AS200 Anyday. But then ergonomics depends. Also FE or Carb...Lots of things matter.Originally posted by Bibhu View PostA "view" without facts or points isnt worth much. Your indiscretion towards senior members in this forum is very unbecoming.
Oldfox sir, very nice review, one small question though, is it a practical bike for day to day use or as200 would be more practical?

Do they replace bikes! I dont think so.Coz its already registered with the Chassis number etc to RTO. Hard to exchange one. Also if you have any live example can you share it please.Originally posted by x-force View PostI think this is really sad considering its not even a week. Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Ridden and Reviewed
If anything is wrong with the bike while taking delivery, like ungodly numbers on the tacho, oil level, coolant, chain inspection and etc etc. We can ask the dealer to replace the bike even before the registration thing happened.
That is the reason we do a PDI and then allow the dealers to go ahead with the registration.
Cheers,
Sanjay

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Ridden and Reviewed
That's too much. I'd love to own one, but I guess I'll have to wait a few more years, like I'm doing for the last five years. Anybody knows whether RS200 is using the same FI unit as exported 200NS?Originally posted by xplod566 View Post27k minimunI am back!

I don't think 200ns has any fi even in Indonesia. That's a mod one you see there.correct me if I am wrong though.
