Ya, you are right truelypulsarian. The rear part gives a very different feel which is very new and it actually looks very good on my Midnight Black P135LS. But, can't comment if it looks that good or even better on the Passion Red one as I have not seen it physically yet.

Congrats for your Red P135. I also wanted the red but didn't get it. You will be enjoying your bike like me from tomorrow and tell me if the red looks better than the black physically or not !
Also do post your experience in the Ownership Experience Thread "Pulsar 135 LS" after you get your bike.

No, not till now. At the time of delivery, they told that there is just little petrol in tank to just got to petrol pump and re fuel. I rode 15 km to petrol pump and re fueled with Rs. 100 normal petrol. I will be able to tell you mileage by next week.

I took the Midnight Black colour and seeing it physically, the rear mudguard looks nice looking from the back but looking from side it does not look that good. But in pics it looks kind of shabby. You have to see it physically and I assure you it does not look that shabby. The matt black finish of the mudguard goes well with the glossy finish of the body (This is just my personal view and may differ from others' view). Can't comment about the Red colour as I have not seen it physically.

@snp : Is this also happening in your bike ?
It may be that in P135, the lights can not glow on battery power !
The 150/180/220 UGIV Pulsars are provided with an 'auto shut off' feature along with the DC lighting set up, due to which, if the engine in't running, the lights automatically switch themselves off after a few seconds.. this is done to protect the battery from draining if the headlights are left on without the engine running.

The P135LS has also got DC electricals, which means that they are powered by the battery and which provides the flicker free light irrespecive of the engine speed. There is a slight difference in the way the auto shut off functions on the P135.. unlike the bigger Pulsars, the lights do not turn unless the engine is started (as correctly stated by you).

In both the cases, this serves to protect the battery from draining accidentally.

The rear wheel rotates freely when I rotate it with my hand with the bike in centre stand, but when I try to rotate the front wheel, it does not rotate freely and stops in just half rotation.
Is it due to the disc brake being tight which is preventing the wheel from fully free motion or it happens in all wheels with disc brakes ?

Could anyone help me with this ?
Get your lights and front brake checked at the service station for alignment and free play respectively.

A few things noticed on my bike on its 2nd day.

Yesterday evening I was riding through the streets of our big locality with one of my close friends as pillion. He was also enjoying the ride being a pillion as much as I did being the rider. The kick starter is very effortless and the self starter also makes the engine come to life with a single crank.

One thing I noticed is that the head lights are not turning on without starting the engine (not even the pilot lamps, console display and switch back illumination). But, in my friends' P150, I have seen that the head light glows for a few seconds on battery without starting the engine.

Ya, the bike looks really good. I am loving it. Though I couldn't ride much today, only 15 km, but I really enjoyed each and every km that I rode. Will go for Puja of my new bike tomorrow. And after that I will be riding for some time. Tomorrow I will be posting my detailed experience with my bike.

@Moderators : Please approve my Ownership Experience Thread. I am waiting to post in it my ride experience and pics.
