Congrats..

The P135LS is a rider/beginner friendly bike with Agile and Best handling among the Pulsar clan.. even if this is your first bike, you should have no problem adapting to it.

The only frustration that one might face during the engine running in period is that, one wont be able to feel the effectivness of the 4 valves as the real kick/fun comes in only post 5000 rpm. It'll be a hard time resisting the temptation to wring the throttle.

Congratz man for your P135. I am still waiting for mine. My dealer promised to deliver it to me by 10th Jan. I booked on 12th Dec. So, about 1 month of waiting. I am getting very impatient waiting for my first bike.

The mud guard/flap is there for the same reason there is a tyre hugger on P150/P180 (which is missing on the P220). So that the bike's rear end doesn't get all covered in muck with the slightest bit of rain. P220s get really dirty in that regard. Keep them on only if you wish during the winter/summer. It will show its real worth in the rains. Anyways congrats mate.. Enjoy the "Most Revolutionary Pulsar Ever!"

I think that rear mud flap has some safety reasons to be there......isn't it

CONGRATS BUDDY... I saw one P135 that day @ Suman Bajaj. Looks nice with Clipons , tank scoops... very different look from others in 135 CC

Saw P135 Black yesterday in a showroom, bike is very compact. Looks good from front, seating position is also good not very sporty nor commuterish. The tail peice is best on any indian bike (talking abount rear seat & plastic panels' portion where P135 is writen) if you look at it from top. Also the rear seat has shape of arrow in the end, looks cool. I did not get test ride but started motor and listened to the sound of engine, apart from initial roughness (@1-2k rpm) it was really smooth. Though not in the league of Honda motors but still way better than recent Pulsars.

What i dont like is the rear tyre hugger. If you look bike from back it looks like some moped. I would prefer traditional mudguard rather than that moulded number plate holder. Also saree guard is very ugly and made up of thick bars. Tiny exaust pipe makes bike look puny from back. Another thing i dont like is those flaps around headlamp, i mean the way they are left open towards the end they can be easily broken with slightly more pressure. Switchgear is bit of a cheap quality but works flawlessly.

Apart from these small niggles the bike is good and will perform well in market. The price is 53k ex showroom for fully loaded version (Vapi, Guj).

I saw the Pulsar 135 at the Bajaj showroom today in Bangalore - love the looks of the headlight and the indicator lamps! I have not had a chance to ride it, but that bike is high on aesthetics...

tsk tsk. The 135LS's kerb weight for sure is light, but hey, didnt anyone notice that the fuel tank is down to just 8 litres. Kerb weight is usually the bike's dry weight plus oil plus fuel. So, over a normal Pulsar, the 135 immediately looses 7 kilos on the kerb weight due to a smaller tank.
Apart from this though, we at Motospecies, really appreciate the bike. Its light, quick and affordable. Damn, this thing even beats the 150cc bikes to 60km/h!
