Using tube in tubeless tyre of yamaha fz : please help

I own a yamaha fz & i am from bangalore.
I recently got my bike pucntured twice in 2 diff places .
I got it fixed using cold rubber mending tubes thrice .
Still the puncture kept happening .
So , i went to JC road and they did added a layer of vulcanized rubber on the layer of tyre below where the punctured hole happened .

2 days the bike ran fine .Though the tyre company told me it was full proof solution . But again today, rear tyre got punctured .

So , i fitted a tube in tubeless tyre of FZ16 . since by bike is only 11 months old didnt wanted to replace with new tyre .

Wanted to ask bike experts whether using a tube in tubeless tyre of yamaha fz wont cause any orientaion or balance problems at high speeds

Is it the same puncture leaking........? If it is the same puncture then it must be a big cut. Otherwise the tubeless puncture works well. Tube should not be a problem. Shud work fine

Hey Guys! I got my new Fazer last week. I actually went to the Yamaha Factory Shop at Malad (Mumbai). I had made up my mind that I would buy a blue Fazer. The lady behind a desk told me to come back 3 days later as Yamaha was launching new series with new colors and kick. So I did wait .

Went over there after conforming that the new batch had arrived. The new colors of FZ-S and Fazer were amazing! (except for the Yellow FZ-S). And the moment my eyes fell on a white Fazer I fell in love with her .









My friend wanted to a buy a bike too. So he selected the White-Red FZ-S.



Normally the waiting period for the bike is about a month. But, they had only these 2 bikes in stock. And, we booked it!

I knew I had to wait for 10 days before the delivery. So to control the excitement I bought a new helmet (LS2- in the pics) and Riding Gloves. Cost me 3k only!

The day for the delivery arrived! We went to the showroom early . The people there must think that we're crazy! Anyways we completed the paperwork and were handed out the keys to our respective bikes. We did pooja and stuff. Started the bike with a kick. VROOOOOMMM we went (me and my Fazer).

This is my 1st geared bike. Engine is insanely smooth. Tyre Grip on the road is awesome. I had to stop at once due to stupid people crossing the road while the signal was on. I was at a speed of 40+. And when i braked hard she came to a stop after just 1.5 meters. Headlights are powerful but I don't like the concept of single headlight working. Makes me feel like she's a pirate. So will make mods after the First servicing.Horn is LOUD!! Some people get scared (not that I enjoy it) but it's better than having a nasal squeaky one. Just done 75 kilometers in 1 week. But I think the average that my bike is giving me right now is about 25, probably due to run-in period protocols.

Man awsome cosmetic mod i would like to know what rear tyre you are using?and the rvm are not stock ones ....a brief info on them would be helpful..

The color looks superb however the kick-starter and the leg guard is very ugly man!!! nice helmet by the way... good choice...

I agree with you regarding the kick starter. I didn't want the other type of leg guard i.e. the ones we see on splendor. So I got these. It's black, but has plastic on it now.

actually i wasn't talking of the ones people fit on splendour but the ones people normally fix on fz or fazer... even P220 ones are good...
