        Finally the BSNL also adopted the fook you policy in chennai also.

        Recently they made a call to me and said that i can download unlimited music & watch movies & play games on this site :: HUNGAMA : BSNL :: for just 150 bucks per month. After i accepted this i came to know that the music was copyright protected (useless for me) & other claims they made were just a hoax. I was like WTF %*^&%(

            Dont worry get this plan instead its UNlimited too at just Rs 999 but intial report says bsnl has capped the speeds at 2 Mbps for this plan but who cares its truly unlimited .

              Best Data Card in Northern India?

              HI,

              I need to get a Data Card but confused with all the options which are available here.
              So want to know from the people who are using the Data cards for internet connectivity on their Laptops and while on the move.

              Which one is providing unlimited download + Nominal rates and good coverage. Especially in Delhi and Punjab.

              So all the people who tour and use the Data Cards can pitch in and share their experience.

                    I am using Airtel for last 5 years but never had any doubt on their honesty in producing bills; I have never checked itemised bills also.

                    As i don't have a GF ...I talk mostly to my friends and family and my bill comes around 1k to 2k per month.

                    Before a couple of weeks I got a sms notification saying My unbilled amount is 16300 and I was like what the hell!!! But as my credit limit is only 2k and the previus day I got notification saying it was something around 1100 , I ignored it !!! my bad

                    Last sunday my outgoing got barred and when I checked with HD they said its 17k but they cant give me a itemised bill.

                    Now when I have a ebill, I cant even get the ebill password as my outgoing sms has been barred ...When I call the helpdesk, they said my 3G usage charges has come around 16500 bucks

                    I wonder how it came like that, I only use 3G for FB and Google maps.I dont have a datacable also.

                    Raised a complaint and waiting for the reply !!!

                    Did anyone else faced such issues with any service provider ?

                        I have a Tata Docomo 7.2 Mbps stick+plan. which means I get 5 GB @ 7.2 mbps, then 128 kbps.

                        Rs. 2000 for the device, and Rs. 1400/ month including taxes. And the performance is great. My downloads never broke. Although, the speeds are on the lesser side only. 2-6 Mbps or so.

                        By the way, I also think BSNL is the best in economy, and now that competition is hellraising, their performance will also improve.
                        Second benefit is that their 3G Modem can be used with SIM Cards from other providers also.

                        But what do you guys need 15-20 GB for? This is the usage level I never crossed in 6 months, no matter what I downloaded!!

                          which recently stopped thanks to the Fair usage policy of the Hathway broadband INTERNET.

                          now i hardly download 5-8 gigs.

                          i think 5 gb is the minimum that one needs to happily use the internet.
                          even streaming a 3 min 720p video from youtube eats upto 100-200 mb.
                          Giving a lot to a fiero.
                          Expecting a lot from a fiero.

                              Which is the best wireless broadband data card in bangalore

                              Hi ALL,

                              My boss is planning to purchase a Data Card and is not able to decide between MBlaze, Tata Photon + & Reliance Net Connect.

                              Please share your opinion and help me out in suggesting him the best one.

                              Also If possible plz do tel me which tariff in prepaid/ postpaid is good?

                              I did google but still not clear.
