    Surely recommended.
Hmm.... I am running\going through my exam times. Now, after your review, i am planning to get the Persian King. Sure! to get sometime off, as am not a hardcore student.

    • Watched SHREK FOREVER AFTER today.. not as good as the 1st 2, but not bad either.. Donkey was 're-donk-ulous' and Cat was 'cat-astrophe'

Sadly this was the last part

      • Prince of Persia Rocks..!!

Back from Prince of Persia Sands of Time.. In simple words "AMAZING".. Worth the 200 bucks spent on the big screen.. Amazing action and mindblowing direction..! Not like the usual "based on" movies.. A MUST watch.. And yes it can be seen with even 'grandparents' around.. If you already know about Prince of Persia then trust me its a pleasure watching it..!

        My Critic rating- 9/10

          • just back from the prince of persia. EXCELLENT movie it was. very good usage of graphics & slow motion. Although I had even more expectations from the movie. I had been awaiting for the movie from almost 1 year. the movie is little bit long & slow. I had expected the dark prince from "the two thrones" to appear. Although the movie is worth the 120 bucks spent.

            My rating- 8/10
The film could have been made even better.

.. Good that you liked it.. I felt the movie became boring in the middle and again became interesting.

Well.. I meant the movie is totally clean with only 1 kiss.. And i used to kiss my ex 'much more' intensely in front her parents!

              • Caught 'Raajneeti' today morning, a good 'Political Thriller Drama'. It was never boring, but i felt that there were just too much characters in the movies that some of the likes of the actors like Nana Patekar and Ajay Devgan were not fully utilised. They acted ofcourse well, but, the shortness of the film just did'nt gave them the chance to explode the super-b 'acting passion' inside them, & that should have been in the film. Still, Ajay did the job upto the mark, but "Nana Ji" Disappointing here, No more Mind blowing dialouges from him or say he was not given the chance to show his dialog delivery that i expected and expect from actor of his CLASS, anyway filmmaker should be blamed for that. It seemed that his character was not justified at all. I thought that Amitabh Bachhan should have in the movie but after watching the movie i felt that there was no FILMY CHARACTER in the movie that has so strong place tobe acted\roled by AMIT Ji. Overall a good Drama, must watch.

It’s a political drama, meshed with love story wasted performances. This is movie nowhere near the other Prakash Jha Flims (Gangajal & Aparhan).
Rajneeti has too many twists and turns, which make no sense at all. The dialogues are not up to the mark, performances are just ok and the worst part is the length of the movie... Its 2 hours 50 minutes.
Movie lost its plot in the middle, and struggles to keep people interested in it. The movie gets tedious towards the end.
The movie lost in creating those characters, the film was so crowded that most of the part was done with initialising of situations and ending in mess. The movie was nowhere near Apharan and Gangajal +1 to that.
I expected the movie tobe 4hrs but the editors have scissored alot. I would not have mind watching a 4hrs film if the acting talent of Nana and Ajay would have been fully utilised. Remaining dialouges, there was not one to impress. Only Manoj Vajpayee looks to have shown his character fully natural.

I concur: - Only Manoj Vajpayee looks to have shown his character fully natural. Rest of the big Stat Cast has been wasted.

For a political drama, or a movie of this genre I would recommend movies like Sarkar Raj or Gulal (Anurag Kashyap).

One more overhyped movie to waste the bucks on! It has been absolute annoying and un-expected from a maker of a movie like GANGAJAL.

                            1. Too many cooks spoil the food. Same thing with rajneeti. There are so many characters that, the story holding them could not support it.
                            2. Un-nessecary love scenes and emotional drama which has spoiled the seriousness of the movie.
                            3. No character was well organized or potrayed.
                            4. Too many twists in that cant be digested.
                            5. No stuff to hold the spectator to the seat.
                            6. Ranbir has never show the intensity that was expected in the character. Katrina was OK at end of the film.

Except some good performance from Manoj Bajpai, there is nothing to talk about the movie. I dint liked it at all may be because I had seen an excellent movie in telugu (PRASTHANAM http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/421694-post1650.html) with similar context which was made just under 3 crores and no big starcast.
I was expecting naseeruddin shah's character to come back in the later part of film. Charcters like Nana patekar, Naseerudding shah, Ajay devgan were under-utilized.

Verdict: Watch it only if you dont have any other options.
2/5. 1.5 for Manoj Bajpai and 0.5 for the Nana paterkar and Ajay devgan.

PS: Added to this, AC wasnt working properly and pepsi that was not cold was mixed with water by the theatre guyz.
Thumbs down to Talkie Town, Hyderabad.

                            Prince of Persia:
No idea of the what game is, I loved the movie a lot. Watched it twice already. Story was good, Humor was spot on and with decent graphics. And Great work by cast.
                            4/5 for it.
