China claims the whole of taiwan as chinese territoryOriginally posted by madhav krishna View PostWell so is the same with Pakisthan & china. I hate to say this but as of now the chinese are at a much stronger position. But definitely the tables are going to change, sooner or later.
they have not been able to anything to a tiny country like taiwan what makes you think its gonna take on a nuclear state head on
.The best hope for china is pakisthan they are banking on pakisthan to destabilize india thats why they have been supporting pakisthan militarily all along.
China: 'Pakistan is our Israel' - Features - Al Jazeera English
You are underestimating ISRAEL its jewish lobby is the most powerful in washington DC.Watch this you will get an idea of how powerful they really are:Originally posted by madhav krishna View PostMoreover i had even read that the israel & US have a very strong relations which may be a bit of a concern.
YouTube - AIPAC The Israeli Lobby pt 1 of 5
after watching it you will be asking yourself "is it really the little guy thats running the show?"
Whatever the atrocities IDF commits on palestine UN cant do shit against ISRAEL cause america always vetos any resolution that critisizes ISRAEL...in a way israel has been given a free hand by americans to carry on its acts that borders on being labeled as genocide. The US media day after day talks about iranian nukes but never utters a single word about the only country in the middle east having 200 nukes in its arsenal...yep you guessed it its ISRAEL
.
MMRCA main goal is to get an aircraft that is state-of-the-art a top of the line product.... IAF has made it clear that it wont compromise on that front....so that pretty much eliminates the MIG 35(it has the same old airframe of MIG29) EVEN IN AERO INIDA WHEN mig 35 WAS SHOWN IAF was not impressed. This aircraft is pretty much out of the race if you ask me.Originally posted by madhav krishna View PostYeah BTW another advantage which IMO the MiG-35 & the rafale will have is that unlike the other contenders these both flights are not used by many countries. For the rafale the only operator right now is france & for the MiG-35 it is russia. Hence it will give a uniqueness to these flights.
about splitting the order not gonna happen .They may increase the number from 126 to something like 200 according to one report may be then what you say can happen but that would be more like a political decision than anything else.Originally posted by madhav krishna View PostI wonder why we cant divide the deal between two flights.
We already have good relationship with sweden even Manmohan paid a visit to sweden in 2009 if i remember correctly....you were saying it would improve the relations right? of course its a huge deal it will surely have an impact.Originally posted by madhav krishna View PostThe gripen has its share of advantages like lower maintenance & high sorties etc. It will also give india an opportunity to establish a diplomatic relationship with sweden??
saw this one

good film 8/10.

Saw this film long time ago thought it was pretty good....but totally forgot about it .Whats most irritating in korean films is the attitude of the south korean police...cant blame the filmakers as the korean cops are one lazy A!@#$%^& .Originally posted by ceasar View Post
I Saw the Devil (2010) - IMDb
storyline: When his pregnant fiancee becomes the latest victim of a serial killer, a secret agent blurs the line between good and evil in his pursuit of revenge.
My rating: N/A
Most brutal and violent film i have ever seen, too much violence against women makes it unwatchable, i am not against its story which is good ( all the korean movies have the same agenda anyway: vengeance ) but the content of the film there is absolutely no reason to be so realistic that it becomes almost disgusting for the viewer to watch, all other korean movies are fine (even chaser which is my fav korean film till date) but this movie crosses the line. Hollywood movies are 100 times better IMO.Also pretty bad acting by the protagonist.
You might wanna check this one out
Its called bedevilled...make sure you are alone when you are watching it good luck

^ Looks like another revenge saga, seems like korean directors have excelled very much in this genre ..they make it so believable and realistic. :P
i'll watch it.
EDIT:
watched "The Host"... oh what a refreshment ,fabulous monster movie.... kan-ho song acted brilliantly, just awesome.
9/10
ps: even i this movie there was an scene where the old man says " i'd tear the billy of the beast" so revenge has become an inherent part of korean movies
just joking

Watched this movie just now.IMO,the latest parts are no match for the older parts. No races in the fifth part, nothing. The story revolves around looting a bank's vault.Nothing more than that. But you got to see the stunts in the end.Imagine, two FAST cars dragging a vault weighing equal to two trucks out of the city.Awesome!!!Originally posted by Blumarine005 View PostPlanning for Fast & Furious 5 this saturday.

Watched 'Source Code', the movie revolves only at three places Train, some capsule and one station. Although I was not bored at any point of time, but the movies lacks a punch. Still if you have got nothing to watch, then watch this movie, not in the lines of Inception, but something similar.. I made it too confusing..

Watched "Thor" 3D in ImaX ... Nice entertaining movie.with some jokes thrown in. chris hemsworth leading actor is huge in fact perfect for a character like thor. It is directed in such a way that it doesn't look overly serious or overly comic. perfect blend.
also the 3D experience was superior compared to that of avatar. Had nice time watching it! |
