        • Here is what I watched today a documentary aptly named:

          Capitalism a love story

          IDMB:

          Capitalism: A Love Story (2009)

          My rating: Brilliant

Shocking truth : corporations take secret Insurance policy on their employees and if the employee dies the beneficiaries are the corporations themselves. Case in point Mr Daniel L Johnson working as a bank Manager in Amegey bank who unfortunately died recently of cancer. The bank had taken a secret policy on his life with ING with the bank as the beneficiary so when Daniel died the bank received a whooping $ 1,579,399.10 from the insurance company, which came to light only after the insurance company accidentally informed the wife just weeks after her husband's death. Not a PENNY goes to the bereaved .

Case two is a walmart employee name Paul smith who has been with walmart for a 18 Years his wife who also works with walmart left walmart to be a stay at home mom for her two kids then sadly she developed a bad case of asthma went into a coma and never woke up she was just 26 Years old.The younger the person is the higher the benefit for the company and if the employee happens to be a women nothing like it as insurance companies feel woman out live men so less premiums so the point is her death earned Walmart , one of the richest company's on the planet another $81,000 as they had took a policy on her life with them as the beneficiary. what about the husband? he got over$100,000 of medical bill + $6,000 for funeral expense This is truly sick, list of companies that follow this sick practice :

          1)Bank of America.

          2)Citibank.

          3)Walmart..

          4)P&G

5)Mcdonnell Douglas( yep its the same company that manufactures Apache attack helicopters and DC series planes and the famous Toma hawk Cruise missile that rained down on Baghdad ,also the famous Harpoon missile system's)

          6)Winn Dixie.(American supermarket chain)

          7)Nestle.

          8)AT&T

          9)Hershley's.(Choclolate and stuffs like that)

10)South western bells aka SBC.(AT&T kiddo)

          11)American express.

Just watched the first part will get a look at the second tomorrow
