@saravjit: Its bought last year feb, and its june this year now.
This is the most disadvantage with electronic gadgets. The prices come down like anything... especially mobiles...
If it 9-11k currently, and being used for more than an year and 3months... + the status of the warranty on the mobile...
Considering all above... can you plz quote a price ?? or will you keep it for your self ??

Sold the HTC Touch for 5K. It could have been sold for 5.5K, but it was a close friend who took it, so I didn't bother about the 500 bucks difference.

Sony Ericcson P1i is good, I'm using it since last 1.5 years. If you like, you can get the Walkman type earphones, it will sound better. It doesn't come with those as default.
Rest all will be to your liking, it fulfils all the points mentioned by you above.
