I know it's normal if it's happening sometime. But the site is running very slow consistently since two weeks and that's not normal. I know this because I've hosted a few websites myself.
If the xbhp owners don't shell out some money and upgrade the hosting, it will result in lower page ranking on google search. Good luck after that.

People who get into Xbhp page are lucky....most of the times it is " Server cannot be found " or " Unable to open requested page "....and if you are lucky and get in, the loading is so slow, you can have your food and come back leisurely......This had been happening only recently and at random.....Only the Administrator knows , the reason...

Why does the Hero ad on the page have audio?

Been using Chrome and never had such pop-ups.
Try installing some ADD-BLOCK add-on. That will stop such adds
