    Its been quite a while i had poste dmy grievances through this thread and forum. The consolation is that its not Me, there are many people (consumers) like me who has experienced this terrible issue.
    I have moved my base from East to South.And alas, after the parts trauma, its the service station trauma which has struck.

    I had good feedback about Sai Motors. But over the last 6 weeks, the experience which i have got is horrible. In order to complete minimum service of 100 bikes(service target) these guys just do whatever they like. When i report a problem they say (after riding the bike- Saar thik hi to hain.).

    I escalated to the area managers. The only thing which they did was - Sir please get in touch with Mr Vandan, he should be able to help you. In reality, i was so much pissed off with them i never went back to them. I got my bike repaired from a local shop and its riding fine if not best. Somehow i am dying to get my bike to its lost glory.

    Anyways this is not the place to crib about that.

        Clutch spring???

        Hi members...

        I bought my ZMR 2 n half months back in August... Have no issues as of now.. but there was some gear changing issue with the bike as the gears got too smooth and i wasn't able to change the 3rd gear to 4th in the first go... it always went into neutral while changing from 3rd to 4th and vice versa... faced this problem sometimes while changing from second to third as well...

        Got it checked at the service center here is gurgaon and they said that there is a Clutch Spring which is broken!!!! and needs replacement....
        and asked me to leave the bike there for the day and they will replace it...
        I left her there on 13th October and got a call next day saying that the spares aren't available and they will contact me once they have it... i said fine...

        They never got back to me till three more days passed... i finally lost patience and called them asking the status.... then they said that spares aren't available even now and they will get them on order...

        Since then i have been in constant touch with them for the status and same reply everyday...

        Any suggestions guys why there was a gear issue with the bike??????

        I also want to know if there is any SVC in delhi or gurgaon where i can get the spares for the bike... i need the rear-view mirror which got broke in a fall....

        Please suggest guys....

          No point. The regional manager will point to the service manager who in turn will assure you that the problem will get fixed . But in reality, it never will :|

          Personal experience with Lakshmi Motors. And each time they come up with a diff reason for the same problem.

          In case parts aren't available, they will tell u that truck has started or is on it's way, but that so called truck will never reach Hyd. I wanted to change the toe shifter of my cbz extreme and put a full gear shifter. The SC guys told me that old karizma's gear lever is a perfect fit. But the truck which was supposed to get the parts is/or always be on the way (It's been over 6 months that i've been following up with them).

          Finally decided to say bye bye to HH SC and will be getting my bike serviced from Castrol Bike Zone S.R.Nagar next time . I've heard that they do a very good job.

              One more thing... can anyone tell me about how to keep the colour white on??

              seems a bit weird question however i think the colour is getting yellow touch on the fibre part...

              any suggestions????

                        hey guys.. i got my bike back from the service center... asked them about the issue and they said that the spares aren't coming from the HH factory..

                        Now, i'm waiting for the rear view mirror (which broke when a car hit my bike from behind when she was parked :'( )

                        The guy at the SVC said they have placed the order for the spares and they should reach them by maximum one week.... i'm just waiting for it now...

                          My ZMR got repaired a few days back.

                          The parts took more than a month to arrive at the showroom. And even then the headlight unit, handlebars, and rear cowl was missing in the order. . I was really frustrated on this, as I've waited 42 days without riding my bike. So, I contacted almost all the Service centers in Hyderabad. All of them but one had not even a single part of ZMR. Modi motors had the headlight unit and the handlebars, so I rushed there and bought those, only for a shameless "thank you" from the service center guy!

                          Still, I need to get the Right Rear Cowl and front mudguard (they have scratches).

                          My experience with HH Service has been real pathetic from day 1 I bought my zmr.

                          Whenever I'm out, on my ZMR, people ask me about the bike. Recently I have been telling most of those people not to buy this bike as spares availability is a nightmare.

                          Thanks HeroHonda, or should i say Hero*****? You deserve this!
                          From variable Bhps to a constant 17.6 Bhp.
