There is no problem here. These people deliberately stop procuring parts hence creating artificial shortage and then jack up the prices. Why do you think the price of the disc pads increased threefold in 45 days? I'm still running pillar to post for my brake seals.
Another surprising thing is that they usually refuse to sell over the counter and insist that the bike be brought to the service station.What do I intend to do? Stuff ZMR drivetrain into an Ambition chassis and watch others run scared!Comment

There are two pairs of seals:
1. Piston seal, P.No 45209-GE2-006
2. Dust seal, P.No 45109-GE2-006
These are HGP. They do not come in the regular red packing.

Guys, I feel like kicking HH like anything. Its been 20 days and yet no news of the arrival of the spares. The manager is just assuring me that it will be done within a 'few days'. I've filled the After Sales Service Query form on their website. But I don't think they'll respond.
HH sucks !!!

A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels,scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

No spares of Dazzler in City and they do not know when they would come. Not a single spare for Dazzler has arrived since its launch.
There is severe spares crunch for Honda service stations. The JSP Honda at Kukatpally themselves need around 500 chain-sprockt sets for Shine. The employees there are pulling their hairs when customers come and give 'gaalis' regarding the spares.

Today I decided to go and bash the SVC officials. Just when I was about to leave for the SVC, I got a call from them: "Saar, your bike parts have been dispatched from Delhi, will take 4 days to arrive."
I was like "Are they coming by walk?"
Alas! some news regarding the spare parts.

this is not the case with only premium bikes. even the smaller bikes parts are difficult to procure. now a days BHARAT MOTORS in bhubaneswar is not selling over the counter. recently i had my bikes engine overhauled and almost 90% of parts were not available. i had a good contact with a outside dealer as a result i could procure all the parts. recently i had ordered for hero honda joy petrol tank and side panel from dealer but after running for a month it yielded no result.
then i sent a complaint letter to the regional office but it yielded no response. i see that it is not difficult to procure the tank and panel as it is same to CD-dawn but with different sticker and name. if i change to CD-dawn panel and tank then i have go through whole process of registration. so i cant find a solution to the above problem.

I got an idea (taking a que from one of the posts) regarding the parts unavailability problem....
I see a column in Decaan Chronicle regarding issues: Like whn the customers are not given proper response from the manufactrer they publish the story in that section and some things get resloved this way..
I dont know if DC is circulated all over the country If yes why not we from xbhp organize to post the parts unavailability issue from as many as citys or states as possible on the same day, so that it hits the HH managment big time!!!! atleast then they will do something about the parts...All the wise men of the world are called wise only after they spoke their mind, so dont keep the ideas to yourselves!Comment
