HH is here for more than 25 years. Worlds largest motorcycle maker. Most of the stuff they are selling is commuter. If they cont respect the customers/ owners of their top of the line machines.... HH should stop producing bikes above 100cc.

The people leading HH have zero passion for biking. They dont respect even the most serious riders(Praveen Mathew/Mr. Miles).

When the affordable performance biking move towards 250-300 cc , HH will slowly get kicked off the market.



To the kids who lead HH,
Give some 10 bikes (ZMA/ZMR)to all dealers just for sourcing parts.
You cant do anything more.

Dear friends,
After waiting for around One month, I wrote to some High officials in HH at 3 AM yesterday. And CC were sent to regional office, SVC and all......
The mail was as below...........






The result was positive for sure.

Got a call at 11 AM in the morning. From Cochin......The man at the other end was Regional Service Manager.........then got a call from Delhi...
Again two calls from Delhi today........

The status now is
my spares are shipped by yesterday evening.
it ll reach SVC by 23rd without fail.
The Delhi guy will give updates on tomorrow and till the spare reach SVC.
Got a mail on the matter too

So I think my issue will be cleared by this weekend.....



But the real problem still persists. Right?

When these people called me for the first time yesterday, they told me that MOST SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TILL NOW. But in the evening their stand changed. Hope they have taken spares from some stock bikes............Why they have nt done it earlier even my spares were urgent booking............

I hope in future too we ll have to face all these!!!! It's terrific even to think..................

So I request all owners who face problems regarding spares or services of ZMA/ZMA-R/ZMR to write to HH Delhi or to someone in highend to let them understand our feeling.

@Praveenmemala: Good to hear that you are getting your parts. But on the other hand, the bad news is that after so many complaints from your side, parts for your bike are being sourced from another new bike. This is not a permanent solution to the spares availability problem.

@HeroHonda: This is another premium segment HH customer. Because of the unavailability of parts, following is the condition of my bike for past many days.




How do you expect your customers to be happy/loyal when they are ready to throw bags of hard-earned moolah for purchasing your bikes and expensive spares, and you guys playing 'chinese-checkers' with them??

You can get any officers in HH at Delhi from their website. ASFAIK if you want to send a mail to anyone in that list just add "@herohonda.com" to their name. Thats it.

And remember if you had some communications earlier to SVC or officials, send the mail to HH officials as a forward mail of the same. And make sure you have added everyone's mail id (ie. regional office, SVC, Spares...etc) in CC column. And write mails in a manner that can express your real mental feeling............( I waited till 20 th morning, as I got my real anger then so as I can put the words as blsating)

Actually, I guess it so everything happened. I understood it when I talked to him. He did nt tell it me so. Okay..........??/

But I think, its a serious matter we have to reckon with. I know that most of the users who re active in ZMR threads dont want to come hear. But I think if they need some spares at sometime, they ll be in the same feeling as ours. So I think we should let them know about the matter.


what you people think of sending an email written by hundreds of HH premium customers with the same feeling. (ie. a mail sent by me then forwarded to A then to B then to C..............................to HH) it will look like something huge.

Or we can post real post cards to them.................????

DAY 44:

I'm still waiting for my disc brake pistons, Oil seals and dust seals. NO response from the HH office. Upon contacting the stockist( ESS AAY Agencies), I got only one reply,"Not available". These guys are only equipped and competent enough to sell rebadged, restickered and repainted 100 cc's!

Sorry Hero honda, I'm really tired of your Uppity attitude!

PS: This shop is supposed to be the largest spare dealer in Delhi. HMPF!

Instead of emails and letters, why don't we use media? They're always searching for stories like these (read:'Aaj Tak'). Or we can try to post in the leading newspaper's grievances section.

instead of waiting, did you try fixing other bikes calliper, RTR's may be if the cost is'nt high?

^^I didn't want to venture into the unknown. But I bought the local Seals and tried replacing it myself. Turned out that the sizes of the seals were slightly different and the piston got scratched.

PS: Your suggestion seems to be a good one. I'll just go to a gujri a look for a used RTR cailper. Thanks

They SVC manager said that there's some problem in Delhi.

Can any undercover informer inform us what actually the problem with HH is?

HH has become unbearable now. I'm struggling to get spare parts for my ZMA here in Coimbatore. Speedo cable, clutch Cable, Camshaft, Rocker arm, and even fuses are hard to source.
till today, none of the SVC's have agreed that they have ZMR spares. I wanted those grab rails and clear lens indicators but in vain all the time.

The best advice my friend gave me was " Sell ur old ZMA and buy a new one, you wont need to buy any spares for atleast one year ( provided -no accidents)" and he did it. He sold his 2007 ZMA-R and bought a new 2010 ZMA-R last month.
