        Very nice! Jagjit ji please let me know about the panniers and the rack for it. What's the price of these and where did you get these? Will it be ok to fit it on FZ for tours? Thank you in advance.

                        So I had modded my 150, the donor bike was a ug 2 with the ug 3 alloy wheels. I had modified as following;

                        The first being attaching a splendour set up in the front with its rims running 2.75-18 in the front and 3.00-18 at the back

                        The other modification as you can see above is the p220 pegs and brake lines taken from the new 180 [ this was before the 150 twin disk came about. I did this as the original mounting places lost their threads. Further at the back you can see the local shock absorbers, [ apparently used in the rx100’s but I am not questioning]

                        On the other side you can see that I have attached the RTR 180 kick to compensate for the new foot pegs and adjusted the rear brake pedal accordingly. Again you can see the right hand case has been taken from a new pulsar as I had lost the old one because it cracked. This has both the inspection window and the dip stick. Notice that the old cover plastic for the batt box is not compatible with the new pegs and the lower half had to sawed off and that the other one is a knockoff of the newer one [ the left hand side]

                        So these are the mods that I have done if anyone wishes to do the same.

                        What I am concerned about is whether I can run 3.00-18 tyres both front and back. I really want to standardise the sizes and that I can get the meaty offroad ones in 3.00 -18 config and not the 2.75-18 so often.

                            Hello friends,
                            My name is Hitesh and i am from Patiala, Punjab. Me and my friends are currently working on a bobber project. For that purpose we need a wide rim(spokes) to fit a wide tyre at rear, which we are struggling with currently, i have considered Ali express for importing the size i want but the ratings and price say it wont worth it. So can anybody help me with finding a right rim within the country ?Click image for larger version

                            the rim here is for representational purposes only
                            the maximum size available is 3inX18in from a RE classic in which i could fit only 120 width of tire.

                              Try searching for stock rear wheels from bigger cruisers available in India.

                              • So 2 months ago I started a I started this project. I basically took a fully rusted, siezed engine, no gear peddled, no kick starter, HERO HONDA GLAMOUR 125. I was planning time make a care racer but later decided it was too cliche and everybody was doing it anyway. So I decided to go for a classic bobber. Changes a lot of things and hand built much of them, But here are the results......

                                feel free to ask or suggest anything as the project is still going on... Next stop new side panels...
