I will make a basic post of this in the thread as well!
Separating the dome of the FZ from the clear glass is a rather easy task:
Things you will need to separate the dome:
      1. A Oven(not microwave)
      2. Leather Gloves.

      Method:

Take the headlight assembly and remove all wires, screws, specially the stickers behind (eg, QC PASSED)
Now take a Aluminum foil and place it on the tray of the oven and place the headlight assembly on it.
light up your oven and close the Lid.
Set your timer or stop watch to 7 minutes and wait near the oven while the process takes place to make sure nothing goes wrong.
Once its 7 minutes wear your gloves and switch the oven OFF and carefully take your headlight assembly out and place it on a clean cloth or a cardboard.
Now with one hand pull the locks up and pull the headlight dome and the clear glass apart, you will notice it comes out easily and quickly, do this till you remove and completely separate the dome from the clear glass.
Install your angel eyes. (DO NOT USE SILICON or ANY TYPE OF GLUE TO STICK YOUR Angeleyes, it will severely damage the dome)
best thing to make the angeleyes sturdy is to drill 3 small holes in such a place that once the angel eyes are fitted, the holes will be hidden.
Use the top 2 holes to secure the wires and the lower hole to pass a small fishing line( fishing line is a transparent type of high strength thread, which is used for fishing) lollz (sorry that was funny)
Once secured, connect your angel eyes to the parking light connection and CHECK (you will be sorry if it does not light up later after fitting it back inside)

Fixing back the Dome to the Clear glass

      Method:

      1. Take the dome and put it in the oven and light up your oven and keep the dome inside for 1 minute to 1'30" maximum.
      2. Carefully after cleaning, place the clear glass on it and press till the locks "tick" in place.
      3. Allow it to air cool for 30 minutes.

That is how I installed my angel eyes, I hope this answers all your questions about installing the eyes by your own!

Any more queries or biking problems, I'd be glad to help if I have knowledge about it!

      Regards,

      Roadfreak!

Aryan Da.... I know a guy in Delhi who is a genius with Disk Mods... he has moded a FZ-16 with Dual Disk front, single disk rear!! Pretty awesome stuff.... I've ridden that FZ and as he said.... I could brake with single hand at a speed of arround 80kmph.... the bike is that stable.... believe me!!

here's the link for the pics on my Blog -> FZ of Sorts
