    So finally I'm making the R15 goodies officially available from my line-up.
    The Yamaha R15 has been my development bench for over 2 years and I have built engines of all types. From all-out fun street set-up to an all-out Race-spec R15 which is officially the fastest race bike in the country. With multiple national records under its belt and leading the 2010 championship.
    All the race development has to finally translate to real world street performance for the benefit of the biking community. I have therefore taken the next logical step towards development of custom parts specifically for the R15 and its arguably the most mod-friendly engine in business. The potential is immense and the limitation is only YOU . Most of my time in a day revolves around the R15 development and the efforts of over 2 years is clearly visible with its performance numbers.
    I have started series production of my line-up and its all one of its kind.

    The following are the goodies.
    1. 165cc Big-Bore Cylinder kit
    With hard anodised and semi forged piston. Lasts like stock with unbeatable reliability. Immense gains in power/torque and improved fuel efficiency. Improved piston design enhances combustion efficiency.
    Kit includes - New block, Piston, rings, Pin, locks, gaskets

    2. Tuned Freeflow exhaust
    Full system - Plug and play. Improves power across the rev range.
    Custom options also available (only for R15)

    3. Street camshaft
    Custom profile - Street performance cam. Improves power across the rev range.

    4. Race profile camshaft
    For all-out performance. Only for those who are looking at tuning options.

    5. Performance ECU - (Final development)
    India's first standalone motorcycle ECU for the R15. Final stages of testing in progress. First in the world for the R15.
    Rev-limit - 12000rpm
    Custom unit also available for read/write - race tune
    Plug and play on the stock wiring harness.
    Superb rideability and snap-on power gains.

    6. Race-spec Valve Springs
    Custom valve train in improve high rpm capabilities of the R15 engine with a camshaft.

    7. Stiffer Clutch springs
    Race springs which will enhance the clutch feel and make every shift precise. Can take good torque abuse. Must for wheelie junkies.

    8. Custom Pistons and oversize cylinders
    Custom piston options available for the R15 with cylinder block for those interested in going for massive bigbore. All cylinders will be honed and finished based on requirement.

    9. Airfilter (in progress)
    Plug and play - stock replacement airfilter. Life-time filter. No more service replacements.
    No chopping airboxes and messing up the MAP sensor. Perfect and direct gains.

    10. Big-Valve cylinder head
    With treated steel valves. Custom block, Ported and hand-finished by me. Only for serious street/race tuning. Matching internals must be sourced.

    All parts mentioned above are very direct in terms of installation, maintenance, performance and reliability. Wrong installation and improper usage will not be accounted.

          Just 1 question, How your custom tune R15 ECU is differ with Daytona Race tune ECU? Kindly give us more information on it (if information not violate confidentiality)

              This is a all new Ground-up ECU. With optimised ignition and fuelling curves and other corrections specifically for the R15. We have seen massive gains over the daytona ECU which is far conservative and it does not cope-up with a higher state of engine tune.
              Again, the most important factor is the cost. While the Daytona ECU is only part of the engine kit from Yamaha, there is no option to get it otherwise. And again if you look at the break-up of the kit, the ECU ends up costing a good 16k. So the target was to develop something better and more advanced for around half the cost. The development has been in progress for over a year now. Our race bike is running a full system and we are in the final stages of optimising street version.

                  Thanks Joel for Information. Will you (your team) going for Dyano test on with new stuff? I mean, when it going to be commercialise, the figure going to be useful for marketing.

                  PS: I was waiting new ECU from you since last 6 months when I read that you were developing the race ECU. I am looking forward with you in future.

                      please explain the increase in performance by installing your ECU. i'm intrested only in ECU. because i live in chandigarh no one can do proper installing of your stuff and free flow exhausts are illegal here. policemen is just too strict so i end up selecting ECU from your product. please explain when they will be available total cost. and anyother important information about ECU. thankyou.

                        The ECU is still under final stages of testing and development. I will surely announce once the final product is out. Expect date is mid december.
                        All performance figures will be quoted and all the figures will be tested and quoted by media themselves. Nothing will be kept under cover. Everything will be documented and published.
                        The Bigbore kit, I reckon is a must for every R15. Its simply changes the character of the engine. With power, off idle.

                            Yes all my tuned engines, setup by me will indeed be exclusive. Will make more power than with the usual plug ad play options. However I have taken every care to ensure that even a bolt-on affair by a local mech with my products cant go wrong and performance levels are retained. All are fool-proof. As long as your mech is half decent, its perfectly fine.
                            All said, we really need to bring up the tuning culture in this country. Making high performance engine parts available and more people experience the thrills of a tuned motor is what we lack here.
