    Dont worry man its not that much loud.Your fellow residents will fall in love with your exhausts sound.
    Performance exhaust are always louder than the stock one as you know.But trust me the sound of FFE is much lesser than the Royal Enfield Bullet

        By the way did all of you notice... Joel is missing.... looks like he is taking a vacation...

          I've been feeling like this ever since this morning when i finished the run in period for the bore and could go WOT (almost) ! its like a muscle bike now ! keeps rearing forward ! love it !! Any suggestions on what else i can do ? nothing too expensive for now ! Got a big commitment from tomorrow (N250R) . I don't wanna neglect my first baby (R165 :P) just cause i'm getting a bigger one ! I just hope joel comes back soon ! He deserves the rest i'm sure after all the great work he's done !

            You do realize that your current R165 is now more powerful than N250R (Not in top-speed)

              I know the feeling... 100 bucks says that you will not wait for more than 6 months max before you begin itching to start on the N205R (warranty??? what's that???).... wait for Joel... he is the guy who knows what's best for your R165...

                I'll get a exhaust for myself and find out. By the way right now i am enjoying the engine note that my bike makes at 8-9k RPM

                    Its not quite as powerful (yet) . They are both two different experiences . The stock vehicle producing that power will deliver it in a different way to a hot-rodded one i.e one is fast naturally and the other is made fast ( gurus i mite be wrong here though ) i'm collecting my ninja only today . And as always there is scope for improvement on any stock vehicle .

                    I'm itching to start on it already even before getting the bike :P ! But unfortunately i gotta pay the EMI for it so gotta wait till finances settle down . I'm thinking of saving up to get a R1 (my dream bike) instead of trying to make the ninja faster ( for now ) .

                    True . The ninja is not as chuckable ( for a noob rider like me ) as a R15 .

                    That's the way to go mate ! You won't regret it ! The exhaust produces a sonorous note ! Enjoy it esp inside an enclosed place if u can !

                        Can someone tell me more about the SIMOTA Air-Filter..
                        like what are the Gain's, etc..
                        i have completed 1100 Km on Oddo, will get the Simota at the second service..

                              Sell the R15 and buy TWO uncle-bikes (Splendour/Passion/CT100/Boxer.. the choices are endless).

                              Second option is get the bike modded into an R16. 50kmpl on highways and 45kmpl in cities. With saner riding, the mileage will be much more.

                                Are you sure about that 50Kmpl???

                                I too had the R165 setup for a while. I am 100% positive that, my bike after Joeling did run more kms a litre.

                                But my calculations were, 46Kmpl if throttle is below 5K RPM and a faithful 42Kmpl within 7K. Also I have never observed mileage dipping below 40Kmpl.

                                I had Joel's 165CC bore, Air Filter and his ECU.
