Yup, I'm sure. Rode to Yercaud and back (485km) wit a pillion on 10.65 litres of gas and rode to Hyderabad (586km) with 11.5 litres.

Dude an FFE is not structural, structural is referred to the chassis (technically speaking), though they may frown upon body mods even though they are not technically structural.
