Re: My Pocket Rocket The Yamaha R16
A 25 bhp setup is possible. However, be aware that it comes with its own set of trade offs. There is no getting around the fact that with increased power out put there will be increase stress on the internal parts. All stock parts are not designed equal. Therefore, a 25bhp setup will not be as reliable as a stock setup and requires more maintenance. I suggest that you contact Joel and ask him for his inputs. I would recommend his standard 170cc big bore setup with works. While its not a 25bhp setup, it is a huge leap forward compared to the stock setup.Originally posted by Adithya LA View PostOnly a biker knows why a dog sticks his head out of a car window.

Re: My Pocket Rocket The Yamaha R16
That was helpful and please let us know about the reliability and service intervals of the 180cc kit once you get it. One more question, how much power would the 170cc big bore setup provide along with ffe exhaust? Does the 170cc kit require the same maintenance as stock? Thanks in Advance.Wheel was a good invention but two wheels with an engine in between is way better!
