Would the big bore be ready by august this year ?? Planning to meet you sometime around then for the head job and ffe .. If the big bore kit is ready then nothing like it !!

Ive been waiting to get my bike joelled for a long time .. Also , im interested in the dB killer for the ffe .. when would that be out ?? and once its out , if you could , will you please put up a video of the 220 or r15 with and without the dB killer ??
Im personally not a fan of too much sound because on a tour , the continuous roaring of the ffe could be too much for my ears to handle ..
The sound would mellow down after a couple of thousand kms of riding, comfortable to ride in city. Highway riding depends on the rider's tolerance. I havent faced any problem with the roar on constant high speeds. Rather i believe in "Loud pipes save lives"
You can take the ride away from me but you cannot take the rider out of my soul.........

The bigbore kit for the P220 will be out in 2 months from now. All the exhausts now come with the db killer and it can be removed as and when needed for in-city use. For full performance, it has to be removed.
The p220 will indeed be a fire cracker with the extra cc, exhaust and headwork. Something that will be a serious run for money . Having said that the R15 is also a screamer, so is the RTR and Karizma. Ultimately, what matters is to just soup your ride the way you want and have fun. It would be unfair to compare a souped P220 v/s a souped R15, RTR, karizma etc since each engine has its own limitations. What is fun is, beating bigger stock bikes which cost nearly twice or more.

Bro plz answer my previous question. Will it work with P200 too because Stock P220 cylinder kit is not a straight fit for 200?

the p220 and p200 block are interchangeable. Only the crank stroke differs.
The 230cc bigbore of the p220 will be 210cc on the p200 coz of the lower stroke length.

How easy is it to remove the db killer?is it screwed on?is it possible to just remove without any tools and put it in our bags?

                Thank you

AFAIK, db killer can be removed just by removing a screw.

Joel sir, i guess you have a big bore for rtr 180 as well. What is the displacement of it?

And my main question is, is possible to fit the above big bore on a rtr160? I suppose both rtr 160 and rtr 180 have same stroke length. Correct me if I am wrong.

^The RTR 160 and 180 can use the same bore. The bigbore for the 160 will be 170cc and on the 180 will be 190cc. These are the best options for the RTRs. More cc will need very radical engine upgrades and large piston alone wont give power.

The db killer is a screw fitted muffler. Can be removed and put back when needed.
