+1 to that.Originally posted by xionite View Postvisually... there are at least a two dozen individual bits that i like about the bike.
but as one complete package... nothing seems to flow.
i think the overall design is appalling
Some shapes and design does not exude purpose..more plastic = more muscle
But a definitely a leap in terms of tech..a deviation from the traditional bajaj strategy of just upping the cubic capacity..
engine block, crank case copied from the DUKE 200.. but the cylinder head is indigenous (tripple spark- SOHC)
Also noticed that the max torque is lesser than that of P220 and also needs more little more revving to attain.i.e. p220 might be more "traffic friendly"
Only time will tell if this strategy was good or the previous strategy of just jumping the engine capacity with the same tech would have been better..
i.e. pulsar 200 ns OR pulsar 250 air cooled twinspark 2 valve..
TVS and Hero better come up with something to prevent getting washed out of this segment!PM me for Daytona Racing ECU for the R15

it for sure is an R15 basher too. Especially if a faired version is released then absolutely no question about it being so.Originally posted by payeng View PostKarizma..?? ZMR..??
This one actually looks to be an R15 basher.
Interesting part is in spite of being 200cc and peak power coming at just 1000 RPM more than 220 it produces like 2 BHP more than 220.

the MV Agusta Brutale, the Ducati Monster & the Yamaha MT01 are some of my favourite bikes...Originally posted by rx100.7050 View PostWell, if you are more inclined towards a faired bike, then a street naked may not look appealing to you......
so i wouldn't say i'm inclined to "faired" bikes.
i even consider the "tiny" Yamaha FZ16 a tastefully designed bike.
(and i'm not talking about the 140 section rear tyre.
)
the overall design of the bike... doesn't impress me one bit.

Cool Amazing Outstanding Looks....!
Awesome performer.
Great mileage from a 200Cc mill. Thanks to Combined technology. Triple spark plugs.
And one thing too - wishing price around 80-85K. If that is done, am definitely going to take him to my garage.
Or else waiting for smaller mills like 180 or 150Cc..!
Don't be afraid, coz now Pulsar 200cc mill is producing around 23. bhp so a 150 cc will produce more than 17 bhp . Expect 18 bhp....!
