I've owned pulsar 220 and cbr 250 back
And upin my usage I felt that

60-65 kmph is ideal speed for 220 and if we run on this this speed limit, fuel economy will be around 45-50 kmpl (completely based on my experience)

And about Cbr 250r, its 75-85kmph
Below 75, Cbr have small knocking and its better to run on this speed to save it from early shim wear and I got around 35-37kmpl economy on this speed

And I ride my friends Ninja for long rides and upon that experience, the ninjas ideal speed is around 90-100 mark, never bothered about it economy though..these figures are completely upon my experience and may vary according on different riders

i am not asking about the ideal speed here nor the speed in which it gives best FE it is about the speed at which the bike/scooter can run without any damage to its engine as long as someone wants to.

For Pulsar 180 there's a sweet spot between 85-90 kph where bike is on zero-vibe (Feels like unicorn).

For Yamaha RX 100 its 100. But as Anil said, the music is best heard at somewhere between 60 to 75 KMPH.

as per the asc here they say ug4 is for the dc model and ug4.5 is for the model with aluminium engine may be they are wrong

Karizma (ZMA as well as ZMR) - can cruise at 100 all day long without any harm to the engine. Best mileage between 65-75 kmph.
