    My vote goes to Stunner

Reason: Similar to Santoosh. Stunner appeals to the masses. So many on the roads these days. Yeah, beautiful looks+great mileage+worth the moolah=BIKE OF THE YEAR.

R15 can be the performance bike of the year, but definitely not the bike of the year because of its affordability!!!

I rank FZ greater than R15 though
From variable Bhps to a constant 17.6 Bhp.

My vote goes to the R15 for the sheer guts that it took Yamaha for launching a 150 cc bike costing over a lakh. Many people in India hold either of the following two views:-
      • No replacement for displacement
      • Mileage kitna hai?

Kudos to Yamaha being brave (knowing their previous sales slump i have a sneaking suspicion it was more like back against the wall stuff, and they simply had no other choice but to think out of the box, but at least they didnt pack up and leave or wallow in compromises and mediocrity)

R15 for me too. i think its way ahead in most of the features than the other 150s and above being sold in our market. looks awesome too. FZ16 is too plastic for me

                    R15

R15 all the way.. one for yamaha to have the balls to launch a product like this in the market and it actually worked for them.. a perfect halo bike.. secondly its pure bred focus, its a no compromise bike and requires full involvement of the rider to be a part of the machine and not detached(like most hondas unfortunately.. no offence to anyone.. i really like hondas for what they are)

the R15 is everything you could ask of from a bike and all it requires is a li'l adaptibility on the rider's part to adjust themselves to use it for whatever it is you wanna use it for.. racing, commuting, touring.. yam now jus needs to work on aftersales service n spares n live up to their 3S policy..

second vote goes to RTR Fi.. value for money, boy racer bike.. its everything what the first pulsar was.. a real rowdy machine, puts a smile on your face everytime your out riding it.. i have a carbed version and got a smite of a taste of the Fi.. one thing is sure you can't go wrong with this machine, you'll want to corner hard everytime u ride it, jus wish it had a 6th cog for touring..

3rd place goes to the TBTS.. i know this bike has received too much criticism from one and all about how un bullet like it is.. n i really didn't take to it at first either, but after a real long hard ride on this novel enfield, i can't seem to find fault with what it is.. a modern enfield for the new age to cater to new riders, riders who want their enfields to be without any fusses and throwing tantrums.. its not perfect, no sir, n in tat it still retains the enfield quirks.. its a great bike to tour in, absolutely stress free.. jus wish it sounded like a brit single of yore

Damn you guys... you all are insane.

How on the earth was the All New Hero Honda Passion Plus Pro into the list... ???

this bike has radical new chasis design in red colour, special coating in the engine for less friction, disk brakes in the front (amazing for a 110 CC), electric start and a heat shield on the silencer... not to forget the amazing new decals!

I object, reject, deject, eject, ject, ect, ct and t this discussion.

R15 and not just becoz i own one...
it has got other manufacturers to rethink their designs and technology and showed us that there is a market for good bikes and not just old tech in a new decal..
yamaha has shown us that a a150cc properly designed and marketed can be sold at a lakh plus and still make them a tidy profit..
bajaj had done this in 2002 with the pulsar twins now its yamahas time to bring about an Indian bike revolution..
Why is the man who invests all your money, called a broker?
