Cant say. It all depends on my Finance Minister

    R15 has a 100/80 -17 rear. Will it fit?

White is such a underrated colour in bikes. I hope manufacturers soon realise the potential of same.30mm(or is it 40mm) wheelbase increase is an welcome addition for Apache 180.

    - crank assembly
    - carburetor
    - cam shaft ???

The first two would be available for Rs 5-6K (just a guess). That is to replace them with the existing ones. For TVS to give those instead of the ones given in the RTR 160 would cost a few 100 rupees at the max. I believe I am not horribly wrong here.

So, keeping aside those subtle changes and the rear tyre, performance can be upped easily by any existing RTR 160 owner. TVS should price the 180 at about 3-4K more than the 160. Yes, lesser than the 160 Fi.
I dont know about the specifics of the engine but from what i have heard, TVS is working very very hard on this engine to up their refinement levels and also to address issues of overheating. Lets hope this is true.
