    Hi Nav, now after the 165cc, there is an intermediate class to reach the Karizma's class.
    As per the new FMSCI rules the classes are as follows,
    130-165cc
    165-210cc
    210-260cc
    So the RTR180 will open the new class in racing especially Group D. The 165-210cc class has not seen any action coz the only bikes in that segment is the P180 and P200 and both are not race worthy.

    The Karizma is the only player in the upto 260cc class and there is no Group D as the class was banned due to lack of entries. Somehow surprisingly the Upto 260cc class is Group B. There is a lot of stiff competition in that class.

    The RTR180 will sure open a new class in racing, I'm looking forward to see the turn-out. The P200 guys are free to prove their worth on the track finally against the RTR. BTW, the p200 and p220 has not been homologated for racing yet, coz Bajaj themselves is not interested.

      ^im looking forward to see what the RTR180 can do. Hey joel, looking at the info thats been provided by Manan in so far as regarding the race kitted RTR's, how do u think those bikes will shape up? would it be worth getting the kit?

          I am a RTR fan for what it does and not what it boasts... I would any day go for it! Even now I use the R15 more for highway commutes!

          The RTR180 is indeed faster (one of already owns a RTR180 set-up) than the R15 by a bit, but trust me the trump-card of the R15 is its lazer sharp handling which is un-matched by anything else.
          If you are a racing head, you will realise that more than raw power the overall package matters more.
          I'd love the RTR engine in an R15 frame, now thats called a killer package.
          Another killer package will be a 4-valve head on the RTR engine with the R15 frame.

          The RTR160 itself can be tuned to similar levels as the 180.

              So how many are coming for the ARE event? (The Apache Racing Experience)

              My team-mates Rajini and Preetham Dev Moses will be the instructors, i'll be coming down too just to hang out so can maybe catch up if any of you guys are coming

                                TVS showroom people were claiming the 180 would be available to the participants for test rides, however subsequently one of the higher ups in TVS who is one of the people organizing the event, told me there would be no such thing. So i havent any idea and neither do the instructors, eitherways just going over to chill and have some fun, off-season can be boring
