      Hi Akshay,
Depending on what u want. A simple jets and needle enhance will be done in about 100 rupees. But without the airfilter it will not have any effect. An airfilter upgrade will cost about 450.
New valves, guides, seal will cost about 3000.
      Polishing will cost about 3000.

Total package is about 7-8 thousand without the gearbox.
Best is U contact Pappu at John and U can take my name and ask him the details.

      Regards,
      Sanjay .

          Hi,
The piston which U have shown is an imported unit. Although mechanics do fit hi dome piston( of some other vehicle) to increase compression ratio. But it is a complicated process.
An easier way is to shave off 0.5mm of the head to raise compression. The effect is the same.

          Regards,
          Sanjay.

If it is not done properly then there will be a problem. If more is shaved then chances of knocking are there. If not alligned properly then the head will leak. Only a very experianced mechanic can do it.

              Regards,
              Sanjay

It is not risk free. If the shaving is more then chances of knocking increase.

Just some advice. If the piston is the same which is being exported ? ( I doubt because Enfield dealers/ modifiers use pistons made in Germany ) then it is OK. Other wise the expansion / contraction of piston due to the heat if not proper will ruin the block.
