    ZMR common prob....

oupsss...do u guys know HH has some major prob wid, NEW ZMR, specially with the heat sesors and Fuel unit...have You guys heard of 2 White Zmr in delhi, the engine was start smoking badly, while driving, and his bike got stop in the mid way and engine start smoking...whoooff..im lucky it doesnt happen wid me. And yesterday my friend bought NEW ZMR and wen he reach to his home from showroom he see the same thing, the bike was smoking, and now his bike in workshop, and i was at workshop too, fixing my bike as well, The fuel unit of the bike is not ryt, even i have 4 litre in my bike its always blinking, Lots of people come from directly from HH, Nothing done till now. and its similar wid all units. and the Rear tier is little biased to left. And ive seen it in every karizma. even in ZMA-R. other then dat, bike is smooth and good. And performing well..
what does he mean with rear Tyre being bias to the left...has anyone experienced this in the zma...??

Saminder, Introduce yourself and post some pics of your bike, when did you purchase the bike ? BTW, Welcome to XBHP.
Mods : Please check out IP address and ascertain Saminder's place, this is first post and has he enrolled after seeing devilpulsarian last post ? What a coincidence ?!?!

have you found any cons in the zmr since your date of purchase.. since you own one currently and as i am a prospective buyer.. i personally feel that you are the best person who can give me non bias feedback
no issues so far brother! the first service is also done.. Running perfect so far! touchwood.

to all who are facing problems:

First things first, if a company does have a major fault in its products, then they will issue letters to their respective owners and tell them to get the problem rectified at their nearest outlets. So far, that hasnt happened here in Mumbai atleast. If worrisome does get a letter he will inform us. But that hasnt happened. Sometimes mechanical & quality problems do occur and cant rule them out either.

I know Saminder and Mohsin both, their zmrs are doing absolutely fine, no issues at all.

I hope this calms down nerves. HH may have halted the production just to get the units rectified and maybe replace them with better ones. Thats my take, dont know what the real story is unless I hear it from the owners myself.

        Peace n cheers.

        • @myg124: Please avoid positing multiple times and use the 'Multi-Quote' option instead.

Incase you are not aware of how to use its, here's how its done...

Replying to a Post On some boards you might be able to post and reply as a guest user. But most communities require registration.
As a registered user you can go to a forum on a board where you have permission to view threads and leave replies. To reply you have a few options. You can click on the 'Post Reply' button and add a new post to the end of the thread. Alternatively, you can leave a quick reply in a quick editor box listed below the posts in the thread.
When using 'Quick Reply' you can choose to quote a particular post if you are replying to something someone wrote. You may need to click the quick reply button in a post to activate the quick reply box before you can type into it.
If you want to post replies to multiple posts you can select them by clicking the multi quote button . This button will change to indicate that you've selected it. Clicking post reply will then bring you to the full editor with all the posts quoted.

            U ve already booked right..??
Hmmm..well.. its kinda unfair to say, but still.. which bike u considering if at al u r deciding to change..?? ie if ZMR takes 4 or 5 months n al.. ( Seriosly it sounds to funny to say a launched bike will take 7 months for its delivery... thats the only fact thats making me re think that.. in truth maybe there wont be that much of a delay after all..)
well no mate i have not booked the bike yet because of its long waiting period. As far as i recollect i don't remember any bike with such a long waiting period.. Well i will definitely not go for a pulsar because of the vibes and niggles and all (although years back i used to own a 150 dtsi). I'm quite practical i don't want top speeds.. do we even have the roads and infrastructure to achieve them.. And there is no offering from Yamaha that would suit my personality.. I stand at 6ft 2inchs tall, so the zmr is simply perfect no hassles no vibes no un necessary tension no frustration, and all peace of mind

I hope my message is conveyed and is understood by fellow xbhpians in a healthy way, I'm not here to ignite any sort of comparison and brand war.. The above thoughts are mine and i solely own them.. Its Quite a rational comparison..
