How much gain can be achieved if a tuned free flow exhaust is installed on pulsar 135LS, as the engine is little rev happy and already have a 4 valve head i was thinking about the gain.

I have been working on the RTR/Fiero engine for the last 6yrs. Its obvious that I have plenty of goodies for the RTRs. I have a lot more than just an exhaust swap. Bolt-on engine upgrades as well.Originally posted by chicane1879 View Post

^ I could work on the Ninja and I would love to, provided somebody is funding. Its easy to motivate I appreciate, but there is a lot of money to be involved before targets can be achieved. The cost of the bike itself is 3.2L and tuning to next levels is another 1-1.2L atleast to achieve my numbers. In the end, whats the return on investment. All the bikes that I own are stock Ninja beaters. My R15, my 260cc Karizma, my drag RTR and my 200cc Fiero all can beat & match a stock Ninja in every aspect of acceleration and quartermile figures. I'm happy with this much. Having taken these single cylinder engines to next levels have already given me enough kicks.
