^Nope, you cant use any other ECU since it has to be custom made for a given engine.
@asphalt - Yes, I have my custom big-bore kit for the CBZ-X. It will be a 160cc kit. Will improve acceleration and overall performance by a great margin, including a bump in fuel efficiency.Leave a comment:

^Nothing for the lower segment bikes. I have only worked on the premium bikes and they give better results. commuters are best left to do their tasks.
